Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out of old damaged unserviceable tarfelt or membrane of any description and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete to receive roof treatment all as specified and as directed.

Demolation of cement concret(reinforced) Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and removing of debris from premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling with cement mortar (1:4) with using WPC as per manufacturers instruction over two coast of primer mixed of Latex and cement @ 1:4 (by weight) in the grooved portion and extended upto 100 mm both sides of groove complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick (Average) cement concrete type B-I, 1:2:4 using 20 mmgraded aggregate with WPC as per manufacturer,s instruction as in roof padding in order to maintain proper slope and camber finished the surface even and smooth with and including brushing in two layers using water proofing layer of damp proof ultra of make Asain or any other similar material of any approved make (Fosroc/Sika/BASAF) to give a layer of not less than 1.50 mm thick on newly concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for waterproofing treatment to existing RCC roof in the following steps complete all as specified and directed. (i) Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment including padding (buid in cm/concrete) and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete (ii) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) (iiii) Supply and Laying, chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm x 0.51 mm (24 SWG) hexagonal construction including all laps, cutting and waste in fabric reinforcement to PCC roof padding including providing 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0using 12.5 mm graded aggregates as in roof padding. (iv) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iv) Waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after application of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sq M,, providing and laying APP polymer, modified, non-woven polyester fabric of 150 grams/square metre, reinforced membrane, 3.00 mm thick, weighing 3.50 Kg / Sq M, by torch on application method, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction and finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 100 gms / Sq M or as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for RCC type B0 1:2:4(using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in chajjas complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form works to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam,lintels, cantilevers, shelves including support, overhangs etc for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form works to chajjas etc .for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down SWR pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, 'T', bends,etc., including removal to store for taking credit (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as directed.

S & F PVC-U, type B as per IS 13592: 2013 single socketed soil waste pipes in any length with rubber ring joints, 110 mm dia, laid in trenches, wall and floor including all fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge .

S & F UPVC bends with inspection door (any angle), 110 mm dia conforming to IS 14735: 1999 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

M&L, rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 3 on ceiling / soffits of chajjas etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of cement-based paint, white or tinted to new plastered surfaces on walls including priming with alkali resistant priming paint and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connection with new fittings ISI Marked in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors, etc) of 15 mm bore all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene multi layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes and including 25mm PTMT ball valves high pressure with polythene float and nut with and complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs PVC ball valve 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape reqd, incld cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside for repairs hoisting if required and refixing in position after cleaning of service PVC tank by rubbing vertical wall and bottom of with bleaching powder and allowed ½ hour to react and then washing down with water to get free from deposits and bleaching inside the tank and application/spraying of Anti-Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside, inside of the tank should be treated to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water. of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs & upto 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified & as directed.

Preparation of concrete surface of chajja/beam/slab thoroughly abraded to remove all laitance, any trace of loose plaster, oil, grease, paints and any other materials are to be removed by wire brushing the surface. The entire surface shall then be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and then allowed to dry. Defective concrete surfaces cut back to a sound base by chipping and removed loose concrete. Smooth surfaces to achieve by chemically roughened up to 10 Mtr height including appling bond coat of epoxy bonding agent (Nito Bond) & cement in 1 : 1 ratio bonding old and new concrete on damaged surface and all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. .(The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

M&L for cleaning to expose corruded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab by wire brushing, emery paper or by mechanical means and to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit and washing complete and providing additional reinforcement TMT bars of approved make, cut to length by electro welding method and applying one coat of rust removing chemical and anti rust coating (zinc) along its full circumference up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. (Manufacturer name of chemical shall be : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASAF) The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

M&L for providiing and placing high built repair ready mix concrete (Micro concrete) grade of M-50 specification and strength conforming to ASTM- C109-99,ASTM- C 307 ,BS1881 Part 207 to expose corroded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab with bonding agent as per manufactures instruction (Manufacturer : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASAF) proper compaction and finished to proper level upto a depth of 25mm with and including provision of formwork to the affected portion up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.(entire operation shall be done by the approved manufacturer or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in the unit rate)
