Drilling 32mm Dia holes and providing 25mm dia Grip rods to a depth of 1.5m, into rock and 1m Above the ground with L shape and grounting with cement slurry including cost of steel rod and all allied materials, cement & labour charges for grouting etc., leads and lifts etc., complete.

Providing and placing PCC M15 grade using 20mm downgraded HBG metal obtained from the dumping yard for levelling concrete for retaining wall including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, all T&P, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing RCC M25 grade using 20mm hand broken metal obained from the dumping yard and with minimum cement content of 300kg/m3 of concrete for retaining wall & stem including cost of cement all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, all lead, lifts, with formwork and as per standard specification, complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Supplying and placing reinforcement of TMT rods including cost of steel, binding wire, cutting, bending, tying and placing in position, all labour, lead lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing with premoulded mastic pad of 20mm thick to full depth and to the entire width at all vertical joint of the retaining wall as per specification and drawing including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of PVC pipe of 75mm dia as weep holes in the retaining wall incluing cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Filling the excavated portion on the rear side of retaining wall with tunnel muck/small size boulders of size not more than 100mm collected from the dumping yaard and filling the voids with suitable crushed rock materials including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Filling the excavated portion with excavated soil complying with standard specification on the rear side of retaining wall including cost of all materials, well consolidation all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Shotcreting on the Earth surface with M30 concrete using 6mm downgraded chips material as a primary coat and fixing 10 gauge 2" x 2" GI chain link fabric over the primary coat with 8mm diameter rod hook at specified intervals as per specification and then second coat concreting (the average thickness of cmombined both the coat concrete shall not be less than 100mm including cost of cement, sand fine chips, pinning rods, compressed air, water, scaffolding arrangement, all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing soil nailing using 20mm dia. RTS rods of 6m depth driven into the soil and providing 150x150x10mm steel plate at end and all allied materials, cement & labour charges for grouting etc., leads and lifts etc., complete.
