Disconnecting electrically and mechanically indoor/outdoor transformer capacity upto 400 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4/6 pole structure/plinth or inside sub station for major repairing/minor repair complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically indoor/outdoor transformer capacity upto 100 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4/6 pole structure/plinth or inside sub station for major repairing/minor repair complete all as specified and directed .

M&l for draining out complete transformer oil from transformer of upto 1500 KVA capacity at site which found major repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re-use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for inspection/examination of core assembly, after mainor repairs its fixing in original position, or for major repairs transformer to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop (Transportation charges shall be borne by the contractor against item No 1 & 2 of schedule ‘A’ here in after)

M&L for transportation of unserviceable transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA from site to workshop and return back for installation it on original position/location after repairing from workshop (Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and man power) complete all as specified and directed .

Shifting of serviceable transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA from MES store Yard/Sub Stn (indoor/outdoor) for installation in place of unserviceable transformer and back after replacing with repaired transformer

M&L labour for alternative arrangement by hiring, transportation of transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer on hire basis for 15 days including, installation, connecting and testing of transformer and return back after installation of repaired transformer complete all as specifed and directed. Note : (i) Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 15 days no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 15 days . Moreover contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . In case any fault /burning /peeling of painting and any other defects occured in hired transformer the contractor shall have to made good himself from his own expenses. (ii) Contractor should check the available infrasturcture and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation . The rete quoted is deemed to be include transportation cost, earthing lead etc. (iii) In case the defective transformer not repaired & installed on its site within the specified period of 15 days from the date of handing over to contractor a panelty recovery @ Rs 1000 /- per day will be charged from his dues. During this period contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . No extra cost beyond 15 days will be paid to contractor on this account.

Taking down the unserviceable copper wound from transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA, opening top cover, and carrying out the following work complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing etc. and keeping aside for reuse. (b) Taking out the core with winding assembly. (c) Removing of complete winding from core and dismantling the core, cleaning of core laminate sheet and keeping aside for reuse (d) Cleaning of complete transformer tank oil fins, removing of sludge, and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air as directed and specified. (e) Painting of outside surfaces of transformer complete by means of spray machine as directed.

All as per item No 7 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 100 KVA.

(a) Repairs to the transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA as follows :- (i) Rewinding of HT/LT leg coil complete using copper wire /strip of appropriate gauge, size and turn as per existing with double paper coated insulation including all requisite insulating materials like packing sleeves, separator, tapes etc. heating, varnishing the core and winding assembly after framing up top and bottom steel structure of transformer all as specified and directed. (ii) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of HT/LT coils as per existing. (iii) Fixing only HT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos. and LT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, and washers 4 Nos. and connection with primary and secondary windings and reconnecting with the main terminals as required and directed. (iv) Fixing only breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge after proper cleaning, minor repairs etc. as required and directed. (v) Replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with new one by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive . (vi) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly. (vii) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling complete unit and making the transformer ready for filling oil and subsequent testing as directed.

(b) M& L for transportation of repaired transformer to the original position (from where taken-down), disconnecting the alternative transformer, taking down the same, Re-installation of repaired indoor/outdoor transformer on 4/6 pole structure/plinth/inside sub station, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (c) The contractor shall give written warranty of one year from the certified date of completion for the repaired transformer. Note :- HT/LT leg coils and transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

All as per item No 9 here-in -before but capacity of transformer 100 KVA.

Supply only HT/LT coils with super enamelled copper wire /DPC of high quality duly matching with the existing guage and impedance.

M&L for ON load Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV /11KV and 11/0.433 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed

Supplying and fixing in replacement (at site/workshop), Porcelain Transformer bushing on HT (11 KV) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA and connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and suitable size pad type bus bar almuminium and nut bolt washers and reconnection

All as per Serial item No 16 here-in-before but 400 KVA

Supplying and fixing in replacement, Silica Gel Breather assembly including vent pipe and Silica Gel for indoor/outdoor transformers, capacity upto 100 to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting of transformer of capacity upto 100 to 250 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for painting of transformer of capacity 400 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Disconnecting electrically & mechanically outdoor transforemrs upto 400 KVA capacity, lowering down/getting out from plinth carefully for repairing /making of plinth of transformer and re- connecting electrically and mechanically after repairing/making of plinth , testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The rates quoted is deemed to be included for hydra, men power and other items required for temp energization of transformer. (b) Plinth work shall measured and paid separetely under items of sch of work here-in-after.

Supply and fill in replacement silica gel for transformer complete all as directed

Note:- (i) It is preferable to have all feeder-switches inside single stainless steel compartment with incomer feeders at the extremities to prevent chances of failure due to plug-in coupling arrangement. (ii) Necessay interclocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations (iii) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless proven via type-test reports of model being offered. S&F 4 mm dia MS wire 75x75 mm mesh, made upto into mattress or cages appx 2.0 mtr height and fixed with flate iron/angle by welding in position and directed including complete all as specified and directed including dismantling of old unserviciable existing wire mesh. Note:- MS angle, MS flate, Nuts, Bolts and washer will be measured and paid sepretly.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work of angles for post and struts of fencing around transformer plinth/RMU etc drilling holes, flate iron fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in door/ gate of angle and wire mess. Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement complete all as specified including dismantling of old unserviciable MS work.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for sub floors, sub-bases, floors, foundation and paving etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying factory made non-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type-I with size 300mmx180mmx40mm all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable HT underground cable 120 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches / wall / floor / road / culverts or pole of following sizes :- (Note:- Excavation and earth work, duck work , GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing / cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of sch).

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded steel strip/wire armoured heavy duty electric cable suitable for 11KV earthed system of cross sectional area 3 core 120 Sq mm.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 250 mm Thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP66 LED flood light suitable for high lighiting architectural façade and general purpose lighiting of capacity 150 Watt LED complete all as specified.

Supply in fix automatic light timer switch with nature switch Cat No SWADEEP-03EC12KW3P-DUEL, infra ray sensor with pre down switching off timer 4-8 hrs of maximum load capacity of 4 KW per phase. Degree of protection conforms to IP 65.

S & F of twin dome aviation obstruction lights including all fixing accessories completed all as per specified and directed.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
