First Class Brick Work in 1:3 Cement Mortar in foundation and plinth including all materials, labour and T&P (SOR-2022 Item No. 37).

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-20 Grade in superstructure as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 800, 1205.4 & 1205.5.
