At KOJ: Balance Electrical work of KOJ station in connection with ABSS provision of Platform surfacing, development of circulating area, approach road and toilet in circulating area for passengers in the jurisdiction of SSE/W/FKM.

SCH-Provision of Wiring (PP shed & Building)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of light point (concealed modular) for to be drawn by single core stranded FRLSH insulated 1.5 mm2, 1100 volt grade copper cable 1 conforming to IS:694 through alkathene pipe of suitable size to be fixed inside wall by having final plastering with necessary coupler /elbow /Tee / 4way etc. The point to be terminated by modular type 6A flush type controlling switch on suitable size full/half flash GI board & platinum white plate at one end and by ceiling rose with 1sqmm single core IS : 694 multi-stranded FRLSH copper wire as earth continuity at the other end as per direction of Railway Engineer

Supply, installation testing & commissioning of light point (for PP shed) is to be drawn by single core stranded FRLSH insulated 1.5sqmm, 1100 volt grade copper cable conforming to 2 IS:694 through Casing & Capping/ Conduit pipe of suitable size to be fixed necessary coupler /elbow /Tee / 4way etc. The point to be terminated by ceiling rose with 1sqmm single core IS : 694 multi- stranded FRLSH copper wire as earth continuity at the other end as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of ceiling fan hook for fixing of ceiling fan is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of ceiling fan point (concealed modular) is same as item no.1, including supply & fixing of modular type step electronic fan regulator 100W as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of 6A, 5 pin modular plug point is same as item no-1. The modular plug socket to be fixed with platinum white plate on MS board as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & erection of modular plug point 16A, 3 pin is same as item no.1 except the line shall be drawn by single core stranded FRLSH insulated 2.5sqmm, 1100 volt grade copper cable. 16A, 3 pin socket and 16A separate flush type modular switch to be fixed with platinum white plate on MS board as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & erection of the mobile charging point consisting of 2 sets of 6 amp 3 pin plug socket & switches on 8" X 12" PVC board with suitable size metallic/GI tray to be fixed with the 7 bottom of the board for keeping mobiles during charging. The connection of the mobile charging point is to be done as per SP MCB 6A (as per item no. 10). The point is to be done by single core stranded FRLSH insulated 1.5 mm2, 1100 volt grade copper cable confirming to IS-694 through casing capping/rigid conduit pipe of suitable size to be fixed as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of distribution board 6way is to be commissioned as per direction of Railway Engineer. The switch is to be provided on suitable place 8 being observing IE rules & other safety measures. Cable connection to be done by lug /socket of proper size and cable gland to be provided with proper insulation at every cable entrance and exit of distribution board where necessary. The board comprising with C series MCCB/MCB's with the following items: a)MCB DP 20A = 1 no, b)MCB SP 10A = 2 no (For light circuit)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of distribution board 4way is to be commissioned as per direction of Railway Engineer. The switch is to be provided on suitable place 9 being observing IE rules & other safety measures. Cable connection to be done by lug /socket of proper size and cable gland to be provided with proper insulation at every cable entrance and exit of distribution board where necessary. The board comprising with C series MCCB/MCB's with the following items: a)MCB DP 20A = 1 no, b)MCB SP 16A =1 no (For fan circuit)

Supply & fixing of SP MCB 6A =1 no is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer. (For mobile charging point).

Supply & fixing of cable PVC loop box of 4way terminal (IP: 66) for suitable entry of 11 cable is to be fixed as per direction of Railway Engineer. For PP shed gland with an appropriate IP rating (IP65, IP66, or higher) to be used as per direction of Railway Engineer. (Necessary petty items required for successful commissioning of loop box is to be supplied by contractor).

SCH-Provision of wiring cable & LT cable

Supply & laying of FRLSH PVC insulated 2.5sqmm single core multi-stranded copper 12 cable IS:694 to be laid through concealed where necessary of suitable size alkathene pipe/casing capping/conduit pipe including 1sqmm single core FRLSH IS:694 multi stranded copper wire is to be used as per direction of Railway Engineer where necessary.

Supply & laying of FRLSH PVC insulated 4sqmm single core multi-stranded copper 13 cable IS:694 to be laid through concealed where necessary of suitable size alkathene pipe/casing capping/conduit pipe including 1sqmm single core FRLSH IS:694 multi stranded copper wire is to be used as per direction of Railway Engineer where necessary.

Laying of LT cable as per direction of Railway Engineer. (Cable will be procured through store).

Supply a n d fixing of perforated cable trays with size 60mm (H) x 400mm (W) x3000mm(L) x 1.2mm (T) with horizontal & vertical bends, reducers, Tee's, Cross over, supports, brackets and other accessories as required confirming to IS/IEC-61537.The cable tray shall be galvanized for corrosion protection confirming to DIN EN 10346 / ISO 1461 .Cable trays are to be tested for Impact resistance test according to IEC 60068-2-75, Salt Spray test according to ISO 9227 as per IS/IEC 61537 test duration recommendation. The cable tray should not deflect more than 1/100th of the span length at SWL in Mid span for cable and the transverse deflection of all mounting accessories at SWL shall not exceed 1/20th of the length and manufacturer has to submit load chart and manufacturer declaration according to EN 61537.The cable trays, wall bracket system, Slotted U support system and all related accessories & fasteners should be tested according to IS 1893 to meet out the seismic Zone V requirement .The respective support system elements should be factory fabricated, selection of support system elements & installed guidelines as per the manufacturer recommendation in order comply seismic zone V (IS 1893) and vibration forces during earth quake. The cable ladder shall be supplied in standard length of 3000 mm. The cable tray is to be fixed as per direction of Railway Engineer. Pre-inspection of materials by RITES should be imparted.

Excavation of cable trench for laying of cable with necessary cable protection is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Machine boring is to be done where necessary through HDPE pipe 150mm dia (PN-8) with horizontal boring of hole across Railway embankment at a depth of 2 mtr below GL by HDD machine. The entire work is to be executed as per direction of Railway Engineer.

SCH-Lighting arrangement

Supply & fixing of LED surface light round/square (which is suitable as site condition) size of 15 watt is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of air circulator fan 600 mm sweep heavy duty is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.

SCH-Provision of facade lighting

Supply & fixing of Dynamic color changing Linear light fixture of 48watt suitable for outdoor facade lighting applications (RGBW).Luminaries optics shall be highly efficient, UV and temperature-resistant lens systems. Rated input supply of 24V DC Power Factor: >0.9, THD<15%. The luminaire must be controllable through DMX. The body of the fixture must be made of Die-cast 20 aluminum alloy housing with heat resistance tempered glass cover and surface finished- double powder coated, outdoor grade, anti UV with suitable IK07 rating to sustain any outer objects from damaging the fixture. The luminaries must be weatherproof with IP66 or higher rating with operating temperature: 0°C to 50°C and humidity : 10% to 90%. Housing must have adjustable bracket to set the light and illuminate to required area. The entire work is to be executed as per direction of Railway Engineer. Pre-inspection of materials by RITES should be imparted.

Supply & fixing of RGBW DMX controller for light control working temperature -10°C to +50°C is to be provided for controlling of RGBW light. The work is to be executed as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of signal driver is to be provided for communication of light & DMX controller. The work is to be executed as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of power supply input voltage of AC 85-265V, 50-60Hz. The Output 23 Voltage shall be 24V DC. The Power Consumption of the Power supply unit min 200W to provide power to RGBW light. The work is to be executed as per direction of Railway Engineer. Pre-inspection of materials by RITES should be imparted.

Supply & fixing of digital timer for automatic RGBW light on & off. The work is to be executed as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of contactor is to be provided as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of power supply panel box to install signal driver, power supply, adopter and MCB etc. The work is to be executed as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of power adopter 5V DC for DMX controller power supply is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of DP MCB 20A to (up to 63A) is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & laying of cat 6 UTP PVC -FR (without separator) is to be laid for connection of facade light as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of RGBW washer flood light 80Watt is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.

SCH-Decorative Pole

Supply and fixing of decorative pole Sturdy design made of 76mm dia GI pipe for pole mounting and 48mm dia GI pile for product installation. Golden knob is provided at the top to enhance the aesthetics of the product. Brackets can be mounted on poles with top dia less than 31 70mm. The pole should be hot dip galvanised with minimum average GI coating of 35m. PU(Polyurethane) Painted with avg. thickness of 80m in Grey color (RAL-7024).Engineer. LED post top luminaries with housing made spun AL & elegantly designed AL pressure dia casted heat sink for efficient thermal management and sturdiness. Pre-inspection of materials by RITES should be imparted.

Supply & fixing of LED high way light 100 watt made of PDC AL housing with , direct module IP lens , potted driver , 10KV SPD , IP;66 and with system efficacy of 120 lm /w ).

Supply & fixing of chandelier light of appropriate design is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.
