M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry on roof and cut and polished over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in Cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified

(iv) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling (sunken portion). etc. (v) M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with incl WPC @ 2% by wt. of cement, as sub base, 75mm thick. Note:- above includes (a) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect. (b) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage/ seepage/ dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage/ seepage/ dampness is eliminated (c) Horizontal flat area to be measered.

Taking down carefully light fitting any type for refixing or taken in schedule of credit complete all as specified .

Taking down existing Gysers 25 ltr and re-fixing the same after B/R work including Overhauling/ Servicing and replacing of defective/ rusted parts and taking out U/S parts by unscrewing bolts and nuts and change of u/s three pin top, heating element, thermostat, bottom plate and heavy duty PVC connection hot/ cold, etc. Checking defects and re-assembling the Geyser after refixing serviceable/ new parts & cleaning, descaling, complete painting of the geyser with synthetic enamel paint by spray painting machine including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust, re-installed the geyser in suitable place/ position and connecting inlet-outlet connections & testing complete, and writing MES Number in black paint with skilled painter complete all as specified.
