M&L 15mm thick rendering intwo (10mm+5mm ) CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick Aluminium composite Panel sheet of approved nake and shade consisting of 0.5mm thick auminium sheet on both sides and 3mm thick LDPE core having PVDF coating on top surface with minimum 25 micron thickness,backing with service coating, fixed on existing steel structures/wall with necessary aluminium frame work comprising of top and bottom angle cleats, intermediate vertical/horizontal aluminium extruded sections,GI brackets,necessary screws,sealant,gaskets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of old decorated surface of wall and Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after preparation of newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying of white wall care putty 1 mm thick on walls complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair of Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples

M&L for light shade, full body vitrified non skid ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick, premium quality, coloured (of approved shade and design) area of each tiles exceeding 0.42sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, joint free, as in floors and skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and joints grouted with pigment to match with shade, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantilling old tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm) in floors and skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including screed bed 15cm in CM (1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles including dismantling of old tiling fixed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
