HOUSE SERVICE CONNECTION: Supplying, laying, jointing, testing of 110 mm or 160 mm dia of UPVC non pressure pipe As per IS 15328/2003 ,SN8-SDR 34(S16.5), including earthwork excavation for trenches in sandy soil or sandy loam road cuttingand ordinary soil, hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, grave, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, SDR, laterite, soft rock or kankar not requiring blasting depositing the earth on banks with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m and carting of pipes to the site of work, lowering into the trenches to proper grade and alignment, conveyance of water filling the pipes during testing, refilling the trenches with excavated earth in layer not more than 23 cm thick watering, ramming to consolidation and disposal of surplus earth with 4.00 km to 5.00 km lead, barricading works along both sides to the trenches, including cost of jointing materials including end cap and cost of timbering and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth in sewer pipe laying works, manhole etc, transporting the sites specified by the departmental engineer with in 5km lead including loading, unloading. tranporting,spreading and levelling etc,complete and as directed by the departemental engineer.
Refilling the excavated earth including cost of all labour charge for filling in shall be done in layers not exceeding 23cm in thickness accoompainied by adequate watering, ramming etc and the trench shall be reilled so as to build upto the orginal ground level as directed by the departmental engineer etc,complete.
Barricading work (Where the lines are in narrow width of municipality area, busy streets like Market, Bus-stand and in the Highways etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia. and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in two rows, painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including supplying, delivery and fixing of GI sheet (0.90m x 0.8mm thick) in the horizontal poles and fixing 75mm dia. reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by officers.

Construction of manholes using Sulphate Resistant Cement (SRC cement ) at various depths including earthwork excavation as per standard specification in all type of soils. Soft Dis integrated Rock and Hard Rock, including cutting open B.T road, providing Cement Concrete of 1:4:8 ( One part of Cement, four part of river sand and eight part of aggregate) using 40mm hard granite metal for foundation. Reinforced Cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 mix ( One part of Cement, two part of river sand and four part of aggregate) using 20mm ISS HBG metal, fabricating and placing reinforcement and timbering charges for depth up to and above 1.5m from GL, Brick work using chamber bricks of size 9"x43/8"x23/4" in Cement Mortar 1:3 mix ( One part of Cement and three part of river sand ), 23cm thick wall plastering interior with Cement Mortar 1:3 mix ( One part of Cement and three part of river sand ) 20mm thick and exterior with Cement Mortar 1:3 mix ( One part of Cement and three part of river sand ) 12mm thick, laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 ( One part of Cement, two part of river sand and four part of aggregate) using 20mm ISS HBG metal for fixing the frame, providing PVC encapsulated steps, FRC MH frame, and cover with IS 12392 part 1&2 benching and channeling with plain cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 ( One part of Cement, two part of river sand and four part of aggregate) using 20mm ISS HBG metal, refilling and including the cost of removal of surplus excavated earth from the site and barricading, dewatering provision for danger lights etc, complete for the following sizes for each manhole etc, complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge (As per the type design, drawing for rectangular and circular manholes)
