Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Precast unreinforced Concrete cable covers Class HV, type 1 flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for HT cable all as specefied

Taking out HT un-serviceable / faulty cable of Cross sectional area 95 sq mm, 3 core from trench / pole / cable duct carefully incl bricks, pipe and stacking properly for disposing off from site or for relaying in same place complete all as directed Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.(ii) Unit rate of this item include the cost of taking out brick protection/ tiles and GI Pipe etc as applicable. (iii) Old serviceable cable shall be stored properly for relaying / handing over to contractor/MES Store for disposal off from site.

Laying only including testing of HT serviceable PVC / XLPE insulated 11000 Volts grade aluminium conductor cable Cross sectional area 95 sq mm, 3 core in trench or fixed to wall /passing through pipe / pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Old serviceable cable retrived under Item No. 6.00 here-in-before shall be used in the work. (ii) Brick protection, concrete cable cover, sand cushioning, GI Pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured 11000 Volts grade aluminium conductor cable, Cross sectional area 95 sq mm, 3 core, as per IS-7098 (Part-II), in trenches or fixed to wall /passing through pipe / pole, as directed for the following cross sections. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Concrete cover protectioin and sand cushining shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) Pipe including clamps shall also be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of taking out of old pipe/cable if any shall be included in unit rate here-in-before.

Tracing out fault in 11KV underground cable any size with the help of fault tracing machine and rectifying the same with joints as specified and directed to restore the supply complete all as specified. Note: (i). Joint kit shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth work, cable protection cover, GI pipe, HT Cable,etc if any needed shall be measured and paid separately. However, width of trenches shall be allowed for payment as per authorized width given in SSR for each size of cable.(iii) All other necessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.(iv) T&P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) Fault & location thereof shall be traced within 12 hours of tele intimation by the Engineer-in-Charge/JE E&M and shall be rectified within given time frame (v) After 12 hrs a panality of Rs 500.00 per 3 hr shall be impossed upto 24 hrs then after a penality of 6000.00 shall be impossed per day.

Servicing of oil cooled transformer ,11000 Volt / 433 Volts step down/Step up, indoor/out door,type of capacity upto 63 KVA comprising following work services :- (a) Disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) checking of HT/LT insulators including internal inspection (d) Replacement of corroded nuts/bolts with double washers, burned lugs, etc by new one (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points.(f) Removing, cleaning, polishing of bushings and studs of both HT/LT side by using soft cotton cloth including checking for cracking and refixing the same. (g) Refixing all cable terminals HV & LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank and other fitments in position. (h) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather. (j) Mechanical inspection and fixing of buchholz relay. (k) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including re-connection of earth strip/lead. (l) HT side cable connection shall be made with new HT tape & M Seal Monoplast as required at site. (m) All marshalling boxes to be cleaned from inside. (n) All the terminal connection of control and relay wiring to be checked and tighten. (o) Examine the rollers carefully includes greasing them properly.

Note: (i) New buchholz relay, New silica gel, New bushes, studs, etc required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only' and cost of taking down of all these materials shall deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) The cost of replacement of unserviceable nut, bolt with double washers, HT / LT tape used, M-Seal Monoplast, lugs, etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) For the inspection of internal deffect of transformer, the contractor shall provide proper lifting arrangements like tripod, chain and pully, T&P, etc and the rent shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Contractor shall isolate the transformer from the supply and do earth the transformer properly while servicing the transformer

De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by employing on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than 45 KV including following work services :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided Carbone oxidation sludge, etc upto < 1 microne. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vacuum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (d) Top up the transformer oil upto the level NOTE : (i) Contractor shall use the vehicle mounted filtration plant with new suitable size heavy duty hose pipe. (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/top up shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" (iii) Conducting field testing of di-electric strength of the transformer oil before and after filtration (iv) Checking the megger/earth resistance values with battery operated megger of 5 KV

Rectifying and arresting the oil leakage of transformer of any capacity, disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. , opening the top cover by using tripod, chain and pulley after removing all fitments, replacing the following components of the transformer such as gaskets, "O" rings, etc. Rectify the leaks in a variety of areas such as radiator fins, flanges, circuit breakers, valves, fastener assemblies, Oil leakage through pin hole / crack joint , drain valve / radiator valve , Oil leakages through Gasket joints. Applying putty/M-Seal Monoplast where ever necessary. Refixing the top cover and all fitments, refixing cable termination of the HT & LT ends, testing complete. NOTE : (i) Contractor shall be provide necessary tripod, chain & pulley, T&P, etc and the rent shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of all type of gasket, "O" rings, putty/M-Seal Monoplast, lugs, nut bolt, double washers, etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for disconnecting transformer supply both HT/LT side, transporting to local workshop, opening transformer, removing the core and winding assembly, taking out the HT/LT burnt winding, re-winding with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge and turn varnishing, drying in oven, Clean the sludge of transformer oil and ensure that ducts are not blocked, Clamp the windings firmly without any movement. Adjust the vertical tie bars to tighten loose windings or spacers. Properly tight the special coil adjustment bolt, if provided, Check the proper operation of tap changing switch, Tight all connections and fix all fitments in position. Conduct insulation resistance test, Clean the bushing & stud and examine for cracks and chips, replace if required. De-hydration/filteration of oil for di-electric strength not less than 45 KV, topping up with new oil, checking HT/LT bush for desired IR value, re-assemble, transporting back to install the same with system, testing with NO LOAD & LOAD complete all as directed for any capacity. NOTE : (i) De-hydration and new oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately (ii) The crane and vehicle shall be provided by the contractor at his own risk and cost shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) IEC/BS EN 61111: 2009 BIS/ERDA/CPRI approved suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) IEC/BS EN 61111: 2009 BIS/ERDA/CPRI approved suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

M& L for repairing and replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten on recess or chases or buried in ground or dawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of size 32 x 6 mm Aluminium strip for connection.

Material and labour, painting of inside surface of the HT Switch gear like OCB/VCB/RMU/Isolators of any make and type including PT enclosure, doors, etc with heat/fire resistance paint by spray painting system after cleaning and preparation of old surface from dust, oil, rust and make the surface ready for painting all as directed. NOTE : (i) The rent of air compressor, T&P, etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall ensure the safety of the Painter/Electrician/Supervisor/Engineer while working on HT electric system at his own risk.

Material and labour, painting of outside surface of the HT OCB/VCB/RMU/Isolators of any make and type including PT enclosure, doors, etc with synthetic enameled paint by spray painting system after cleaning and preparation of old surface from dust, oil, rust and make the surface ready for painting all as directed. NOTE : (i) The rent of air compressor, T&P, etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall ensure the safety of the Painter/Electrician/Supervisor/Engineer while working on HT electric system at his own risk.

Material and labour for servicing of HT 11 KV, RMU any type and make by carry out the following work once in six months :- (i) cleaning/decarbonizing of all, levers, springs using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc for proper functioning, (ii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism, demoisturing of all parts (iii) Testing of relay tripping performance of RMU (iv) Checking of all relays and interlocking if any (v) Calibration, performance testing and necessary adjustment of relays for successful operation at the time of fault occurrence etc,(vi) Checking of operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of unserviceable fuse/MCB SP including removing moisture deposit inside the RMU (vii) Checking all end terminals, lighting the nut, bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, engage the RMU with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified. NOTE : (i) The cost of cleaning materials, HT Tape, thinner, cotton waste, monoplast, unserviceable cable end socket, steel nuts, bolts with double washers,MCB SP upto 32 Amp, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall isolate and earth the breaker before start the work.

Material and labour for servicing of HT VCB 11 KV alongwith CTs/PTs of current rating upto 630 A of any make and type by drawing out breaker assembly from panel and carry out the following work once in six months:- (i) Cleaning/decarbonizing of all fixed and moving contacts, levers, springs using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc, (ii) Adjust the trolley in and out mechanism , (iii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism, automatic shuttering system, necessary brazing, turnig, polishing of main and auxiliary contact, demoisturing of insulators, etc to be done (iv) Testing of tripping performance of HT VCB by primary & secondary high current injection, testing of CT ratio and polarity, (vi) Checking of tripping relay including interlocking if any.(viii) Checking of operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of HRC fuse, fuze carrier base (if any found u/s) including removing moisture deposit inside the VCB. (ix) Checking all end terminals, lighting the nut bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, draw-in the breaker, put in position, engage the VCB with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning. NOTE : (i) The cost of cleaning materials, HT Tape, thinner, cotton waste, monoplast, unserviceable cable end socket, steel nut, bolt with double washers, HRC fuzes, MCB SP upto 6 Amp, fuze carrier base, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall isolate and earth the breaker before start the work.
