3. Construction of Civil work of Karlaguda MIP in Golamunda Block under OIIPCRA

Clearing and grubbing jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T & P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including dressing of slopes and bed to design level & section ( benching & stripping of Dam )and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site as per the specification from the place of excavation including supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm, construction & maintaining haul roads required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Filling foundation & plinth with excavated materials including watering & ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in approved type of soil in approved area by mechanical means loading into and transporation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lifts to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including the rough dressing and breaking clods to a maximum 5 to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.23 m in depth in proper slope and profile alongwith supply of all labour and tools & plants, all materials, labour including all taxes as per prevailing norm & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per design, drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken in the finished approved level section) 1/6th volume will be deducted towards settlement for embankment only.If mechanical excavation is done rate accordingly will be reduced)

Rammimg rolling for ordinary compaction with PRR to earth layers not exceeding 22.5cm including hire and running charges of the all machineries,labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm, T&P and water complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under O M C condition).

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforcement using 20mm and down, graded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing normand supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing HYSD bars reinforcement and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment)

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for concrete works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of Dam & canal embankment including trimmed to required profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P till survival of the turf etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and Payment will be made on survival of the turf. )

Removing old revetment and approns and repacking with old stones with supply of all labour , T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough Stone Dry packing in approns and revetments to all height, profile and level using hard granite broken stone of 30 cm. and above size and above of approved quality, quarried, free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials, labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P alongwith supply of all labour required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting,Supplying, Stacking, good quality of murrom including Labour for spreading moorum and consolidation with PRR including watering cost and conveyance of moorum and including all labour, T&p, taxes royalty required to complete the item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

supplying & moorum backing in stone riprap of approved specification for filter in riprap in earth dam an dyke to proper slope and level within all leads and lifts including watering cost and conveyance of moorum and including all labour, T&p, taxes royalty required to complete the item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in hard soil with all leads and lifts , laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth in afflux bundh including rough dressing & breaking clod minimum 5cm to 7 cm…. etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.. ( Measurement will be taken on finished level section and payment will be made after deduction of 1/6 voids for settlement)

Earth work in ordinary soil with all leads and lifts , including rough dressing and leveling bed to proper slope level and to design section including depositing off the earth clear of work site etc complete excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. ( Measurement will be taken on finished level section)
