Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations and for pipes, drains etc, cables etc. (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m including getting out and stacking the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated within a lead of 50m in loose or soft soil

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 Cement, 4 Coarse Sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm normal size) in Foundation and plinth including laying, compacting, curing with materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete with 1 : 1.5 :3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including laying, compacting, curing complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600mmx600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria/Nelco), in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300X300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours such as white, Ivory, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 Coarse sand), Including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, rises of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement morter 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and joining with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete Hallow block of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including cost of required centering, shuttering complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work including all material, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing 15mm thick Cement Plaster in single coat on rough side of single of half brick wall for interior/ exterior plastering up to floor two level, including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1: 4 including supply of all labours, tools, materials etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing Steel reinforcement (Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars) of Fe 415 grade for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Wall Painting with Premium Acrylic Emulsion Paint of Interior Grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre. of approved brand and manufacture, over and including a coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade after preparing the surface properly & then cleaning the cement painting spots on the floors, furnitures, doors & windows etc as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior Painting two coats over single coat of cement primer to new walls of buildings & where ever necessary as per direction up to floor two levels with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of approved first quality and colour (Apex Altima) to give an even shade after preparing the surface properly & then cleaning the cement painting spots on the floors, furnitures, doors & windows etc as directed including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding, curing and all other charges etc. complete.

Providing fitting, fixing of Al. door with OEL anodized Aluminium door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick pre-laminated novapan board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 including cost of all materials, lock, handle, tools & Plants, hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing swing type fully glazed aluminium window/ventilator with aluminium frame work, Aluminium grill 4 mm thick, glass and all other Aluminium fixtures like tower bolts, handle, hooks & Eyes etc., Fixing as per drawing including supply of all materials, labours, tools and plants and all other charges etc., complete
