M & L for Machine ruibber mouldede colour pigment pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion layer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over & 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L precast PCC blocks or slabs 150 mm thick (1:2:4) mix type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregated with plain or interlocking joints as directed complete in walls setting in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of precast RCC jallies including raming of any description any in any position set in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) louvers and jallies 35mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame & set in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforcement cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete slab type B1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate ) as in landing, drain cover slab ( for manholes etc), chajjas , drain cover and shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately.)

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new surface thourughly wetted surface to ensure better sticking including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smmoth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work and applying two exterior emusion Paint using brush of over one coat of water based white pigmented akali resistant priming paint for external wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type), 16mm to 18mm work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jamps, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding and making hole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape hand rail straight portion , drilled and contersunk for balusters , nosing to steps, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing chain link fencing ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link fening (in new or old) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description n. exc 10cm in width or girth when un connecting to other painting surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coarch screw and washer in roof wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel / FRP sheeting any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof /wall covering

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description nototherwise provided etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands , copings, kneelers, apex stone bed plates , kerb ,water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for for cleaning and preparing the road surfaces for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white/yellow road marking paint conforming to BIS 3262, laid through road marking machine in a layer of CRYSTALEX, using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity in 100 mm width

M&L for thourughly wetted surface to ensure better sticking including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smmoth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint using brush of over one coat of water based white pigmented akali resistant priming paint for external wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coats painting with synthetic enamel paint to old steel or steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 CM width or girth including preparation of surface including all preparatory work complete all as specified
