PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE TO CENTRAL AC CHILLER UNITS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN BAGDOGRA UNDER GE (AF) BAGDOGRA.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender documents & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

PART-1 Central AC plant of any make and capacity for through checking / repair of all accessories and components and reassembling the same after repair / replacement of defective accessories / components and testing complete all as directed by Engineer – in- Charge including transportation to work shop and back. Note:- (i) Supplying of new accessories / components required for the system shall be measured & paid separately here-in-after. (ii) Supply and Fixing of sealed compressor unit, painting etc. shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Old serviceable accessories / components obtained from dismantling shall be refixed as directed by Engineer –in-Charge and labour changes for refixing shall be deemed to be included in the unit of item rate.

S & F Compressor suitable for following capacity and type of Central Plant AC including taking down unserviceable one. (Make:- Blue star/Kirloskar/LG/Carrier) Note:- Unserviceable compressor shall be the property of contractor.

12 TR compressor Suitable for Central AC.

5 TR compressor suitable for ductile type.

Taking out unserviceable each blower motor drum existing location of following capacity central AC. Dismantling the blower motor, cutting/removing burnt copper wire and rewinding the same of existing gauge by super enamelled copper wire, varnishing heating and reassembling the blower motor and fixed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PART-2 Periodical servicing and maintenance of Central AC Plant of any make. The Job includes as under:- (i) Inspection, checking cleaning with soap water and carbon tetra chlorite to the cooling coil and condenser unit. (ii) Inspection checking and repair of all electrical components. (iii) Servicing of blower motors by greasing oiling and servicing by cleaning thoroughly air filter. (iv) During the servicing of the unit existing refrigerant (Gas) shall be pump down and to kept safe custody for re-use. Note:- (a) Above job shall be carried out once in a every Quarter. (b) Unserviceable item involving the above job shall be measured and paid separately.

DB-01 and 07 (03 Chiller Plants of capacity 24TR each, 02 AHU units and 05 pumps).
