Supply, installation, testing and commissioning step down transformer, outdoor type, plinth mounted HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN-11 double copper wound, ONAN cooled, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5% continuous rating of capacity 200 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil as per IS:335, ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil etc, and conforming EEL-1 of IS:1180-2014 with amendment no. 1,2,3 & 4 comprising of following accessories complete all as directed :-(a) HV side bare bushing suitable for OH conductor (consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers) (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (c) Oil conservator tank with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather (Silica Gel Breather) with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover.(f) Marshalling Box (having TTB Only) (g) Magnetic Oil Level gauge. (h) Bottom Oil filter cum drain valves. (j) Top Oil filter valve, Inspection Cover with cap/plug with connections complete. (k) Lifting lugs. (l) Air relief valve plug (Air release Plug), Explosive vent. (m) Four Nos plan solid cast steel detachable rollers (Bi directional Wheels). (n) First fill of fresh oil conforming to relevant IS and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength upto top of core. Routine testing as per IS 1190/IS-2026. (o) Rating plate with terminal markings. (p) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip. (q) Provision of 2 Nos danger boards 250 x 200 mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick MS Plate, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures of voltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, one at HT side and other on LT side.

Supply, laying ,commissioning and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed) of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 kV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, cold shrink type, joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sq mm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as directed.

M & L for lightening arrestors explusion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, 11000 Volts completed all as directed.

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from existing pole and removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantaling of old insulators of any type or size from existing pole and removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections, clamps, nuts and bolt, washers, back plate of any size/ shape complete and removal from site complete all as directed.

Supply, laying ,commissioning and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core 185 Sqmm complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 9 above but of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 9 above but of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not.exc 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as directed

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete all as directed.

Supply and laying for brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size designatipon 75 laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cales abutting each other complete all as directed.

Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 50mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road /drains complete all as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to GI Strip 32x6 mm size by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth wire protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stoned aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test pont made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wiremesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection all as directed and testing on completion. Note :- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI Strip 32mm x 6mm.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium/silver paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.
