Cement Solid Block in CM 1:5 using 15 cm cement Solid block for super structure and manhole including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing,scaffolding charges all leads and lifts etc., complete and as directed by Engineer.complete. Ground Floor

Plastering with CM 1:5,12 mm including cost of cement for Inner/Outer walls including labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification. Ground Floor.

Supplying & fixing of cuddapah slab polished both sides for cup-Board, 20mm thick including all materials, lead, lift and fixing in position etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Exterior/ Interior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior/ Interior emulsion water based primer exterior /Interior surfaces with three coats of putty including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty wherever required.

Ceiling colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of emulsion water based primer ceiling surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete.

Painting the existing iron works for safety Grills with two coat of approved enamel paint over a existing painting including cost of scrapping all materials, labour, leads, lifts,etc complete.

Dismantling the existing Aluminium Partition and refixing the Partition including cost of labour,Rubber gaskets,ete.,complete.

Dismantling the existing Aluminium Door and refixing the Door including cost of labour, Rubber gaskets, ete.,complete.

Providing and fixing of aluminium partition made up of 63.5mm x 38.1mm x 1.2mm section for vertical and horizantal and 95mm x 44mm x 1.2mm for bottom section for aluminium main frame work vertical and horizontally fixed to the floor with clamps and screws. The partition will be claded with 9mm thick laminated particle board of approved shade upto height of 3' and glass 5mm thick plain float glass in the top portion including the cost of snap on clips rubber gaskets, locks, handles etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of PVC sliding shutters with roller of heavy duty PVC including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc as per standard specification and approved colour as directed by the engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing solid core 35mm thick flush shutters with Teak ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround with 100X75mm frame including cost of all materials locking arrangements, painting, labour charges, transport charges, lead, lift etc., complete.
