Outsourcing for manning and operation of electrically operated lift passenger type of capacity 08 persons 544 Kgs and 26 persons 1768 Kgs with one skilled operator on all working days,. The operator will also act as assistant for rescue in case of any failure of lift and will also attend the lift in case of any emergency all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) on total of Srl Nos. 5.00 to 9.00

GST as per existing rates on total of Srl Nos. 5.00 to 10.00

Notes applicable to BOQ Srl item No 1 to 11- (a) Employees will be trained and well acquainted with operation and maintenance of Air conditioning plants/AHUs/Electrically operated lifts. (b) The rate considered is deemed to include the consumables required for operation and normal maintenance,cotton waste, grease, gland rope, fuse wire, insulation tape etc. (c) The rate considered is deemed to be included the cost towards uniform for the staff employed for wearing during working hours. The uniform shall be Pant and shirt and the colour and pattern shall be decided by the GE. (d) The rate considered is deemed to be inclusive of the documents such as Log Book, Running & Maintenance Record Book, Attendance register, Misc Items etc. (e) General cleanliness and upkeeping existing plants and vegetation within the premises of the plant by deploying additional manpower with T&P if required at any time and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Contractor shall made payment through Aadhar linked Bank Accounts and photocopy of receipt of payment shall be attached with RAR/FB. (g) Duty roster will be submitted by the contractor before commencement of the month for obtaining the approval of JE and Engineer-in-charge. Any change the duty roster will be made by the contractor, only after approval of Engineer-in-charge. (h) Contractor shall monitor the duties of all tradesmen ands submit report to concerned Engr-in-Charge/ JE E/M regarding availability of manpower and also monitor for watch and guard of installation. Any loss of damage to the plant equipment installed and Govt. property in the installation premises shall be made good by the contractor. Rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to include for this clause.

Notes applicable to BOQ Srl item No 1 to 11 (Contd/...) (j) Contractor should arrange proper uniform with name plate displayed in shirt for the tradesmen and its cost shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (k) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/ State Govt/ Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, bonus, Taxes etc and rate of GST as applicable on the last due date of bid submission. (l) 'NIL' or 'Zero' Quoting against OH & Profit shall be render the bids as 'Non-bonafide' (m) Contractor is required to quote upto two digit after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (n) In case of tie amongst bidders, following criteria shall be applied to decide the lowest bidder for acceptance:- (aa) When tie is amongst MES enlisted firms, order of acceptance shall be as given below:- (i) Bidder of highest class will be considered for acceptance. (bb) In MES in case of tie between two or more same class bidder. (i) Highest class bidders having average marks in the performance reports stage II of last 5 completed works. (Contractor to be submitted Affidavit, Work Order, Completion Certificate as & when required) (ii) Bidder having highest amount of working capital (cc) When tie involves unlisted firm also:- (i) Bidder having highest amount of working capital.
