Taking out of APP modified water proofing membrane including mud puska complete on roof surface and surface properly cleaned by wire brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. (e) Including 10mm thick rendering with 1:4 using WPC. (f) Painting with two coats of water proofing paint with aluminium finish. (g) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) roof kerbs, benching rounded or chamfered on edge including rounded or chamfered edges with necessary form work etc complete Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantte of treatement shall be for 10 years.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions laid as in padding over roof slabs for providing proper slope to the concrete padding, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to four stories complete all as specified.

M&L for cement contrete tiles 20cmX20CMX20MM thick wth grey cement and no pigment machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished completed all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), for laying of cement tiles on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for guiniting work to RCC work in coloumn, chajjas, balconies, slabs, landings etc by removing loose, concrete, incl removing rust with short blasting and cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy treatment to rusted reinforcement and including S&F welded wire mess fabric or wire not less than 95x95x3mm adhesive plaster grade for concrete admixture and providing guniting pressure 2.00/2.50 Kg/Sq cm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3.50 part of sand and thickness 50mm average and making the surface even and smooth including necessary formwork and 10mm thick with CM 1:4 plaster over repaired surface with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar up to four stories complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:6) 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc including finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M & L rendering 5mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of distemper on wall/ceiling over with 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper with 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls, including repairing of pot holes and cracks with putty, take it plaster where it required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of new plaster on walls and applying exterior two or more coats of APEX/WEATHER over 3mm putty including priming coat of exterior primer applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying exterior two or more coats of APEX/WEATHER over 3mm putty including priming coat of exterior primer applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of plaster on walls and applying two or more coats of plastic emulition paint over 3mm putty including priming coat of primer applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab and granite of any description or thickness in floors etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), for laying of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L pure black Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm (+-2mm) thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including moulded ofnedges grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade to match the shade of marble stone including moulded ofnedges grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300X 450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl back plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not xceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

All as above item No-24 but as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting incl 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor including vertical surface of wall such as skirting incl 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles and dismentling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor including vertical surface of wall such as skirting incl 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles and dismentling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles (rubber moulded with gloshy finishing) with grey cemet and pigments 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) including 100mm thik cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F precast machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved and 100mm thick plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping including sand cusion and dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pre polished cut kota stone slab 20 mm(+-2mm) thick in tread of steps, and similar over cement screed 20 mm thick in cm 1;4 base laid and jointed with grey slurry mixed with pigment to match the slab including rubbing 0ver CM 1:4:8 PCC 40MM thick and polishing as per up to four stories height and dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

All as item no.30 above but riser on stair case, skirting on walls etc incl the surface with . jointed with grey slurry mixed with pigment to match the slab including rubbing and polishing as per complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Cleaning of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks any size or shape or capacity hoisted and refixed in same position including writing date of cleaning on water tank with enamel white paint and if required necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for removing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks any size or shape or capacity hoisted and refixed in same position including necessary fittings with 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut including other fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene 500 Ltr water storage tanks triple layers as per IS (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary fittings with 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut including dismantling water tanks exc 250 but not exc 500 ltrs capasity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 Ltr water storage tanks triple layers as per IS (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary fittings with 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut including dismantling water tanks exc 500 but not exc 1000 ltrs capasity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling of ceiling /wall panelling including frame work and board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for false ceilings using GI sanp grid system with rool-formed out of hot drip galvanised steel capings (Powder coated) main runner 38x24mm, cross Tee 29x24mm and wall angle 24x24mm members suspended with 4mm dia GI wire, carry maximum load up to 8.10 Kg/Sqm with 4mm thick designer ceiling board, prepainted cement fibre board size 595x595x4mm thick any texture (Lake, Hill, ocean cascade or Electra ) suspended from RCC roof/ structural members of soofits with angle cleat cut out etc to their equired line and shape as per manufactureres recommndations at any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, Everest ceiling and grid system Regular T-2430 or its equivalent MAke of "Ramco/Charminar/Armstrong"

M &L for PVC profile for wall panelling colour / shade as approved size 250mm wide, 08 mm over all thick with 1 mm wall thickness fixed with screw to mild steel square ( size 20mmx 20mmx 1mm thick) tubler frame work including one coat of red oxide primer, fixed to walls, PVC profile corner beading L/T type for wall panelling, colour/shade matching with wall panelling complete and including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specification including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafter, purlins where connected to common rafters, running rails, grills, guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleat and other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 including dismentling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/ zinc up to four storey height building chromate complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in Plinth Protection using 40 mm stone aggregate including making joints & filling with sand bitumen mastic as per incliding dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F Aluminium(extruded section body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as directed and specified.

S&F brass body Mortice lock, vertical type,size 100 mm 4 lever, incl escutcheon plate and two No keys fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
