Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor Flame retardant PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor Flame retardant PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open recessed type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board ) ISI Marked (IS:14772) for housing switches / sockets all as specified and as directed for one Fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor Flame retardant PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core copper stranded Flame retardant PVC insulated 1100 volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings / fixture etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type 5 Amp one way complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Sheet Metal Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, 240Volt Make: Havell's/Legrand including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Piano switch bell push type switch 5 A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix bell electric 230V single polecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface type bakelite / PVC three terminal 65 x 50mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting hole of suitable size for exhaust fan of given size and making good existing wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep with louver assembly and making connection from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Geyser 25 ltrs capacity, BEE 5 star rating conforming to relevant IS, close type, storage water heater, Equipped with all the safety devices. Class of appliances should be Class-I and pressure class should also be Class-I. Outer casing must be of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) material. Complete with all necessary fixing arrangement at site and as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SPN 16 Amps 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay and jointing tubing medium grade galvanised iron pipes, ISI marked with all fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, nipple, unions, short pieces, sockets etc. including fixed to walls ceiling or laid on floor roof etc of size 20 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item ser No 12.00 above but of size 15 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipes or for union of sizes 15 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 14.00 abvoe but of size 20 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F PVC connections (for geyser) of 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of minimum length of 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe of size 15 mm bore dia. connected to existing cold water pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
