SUB HEAD-A Comprehensive Maintenance contract for the Centralized Air-Conditioning system of Chiller Units (Trane make)-03 Nos, primary pumps (Kirlosakar make)-3 nos, secondary pump (Grundfoss make)- 3 nos with VFD drive panel, condenser pumps (Crompton make) - 3 nos. Cooling Towers (Advance make)-3 nos along with discharge water line and the necessary statutory approvals/clearnces obtain by the agency in co-ordiantion with AAI , make up water tanks for cooling water with 5000 liters capacity - 2 nos. , ceiling suspended and floor mounted air handling units (Zeco make) with starter panels - 27 nos., and associated modulating valves , all types of valves, strainers, all types of dampers, grills, diffusers, nozzles etc in the chilled water circulation system and air circulation system and all other ancillary equipments, Power and Control panels as per the annexure. The work includes carrying out the periodical maintenance/checking of the above equipments as per manufactures recommendations and/or as per the attached technical conditions, attending the breakdown calls for essential within 24 hours & for non -essential within 48 hours. of discussion with concerned engineer. The employer's decision is for the essencial & non-essentail category will be final. The work also includes repair/replacement of all the spares of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs and fan coil units, make up water tanks repair/replacement of all gauges, all type of valves, strainers, all type of dampers, diffusers, grills, nozzles, thermostats, switchgears in panels, electrical meters, contactors, timers etc., carrying out all the works required for the smooth operation of the air-conditioning system completer as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance contract for all Inline exhaust fans different size nearly -10 no's. The work also includes repair/replacement of the spares of Inline fans carrying out the periodical maintenance/checking of the above equipments as per manufactures recommendations and/or as per the attached technical conditions, attending the breakdown calls for essential within 24 hours & for non -essential within 48 hours. of discussion with concerned engineer. The employer's decision is for the essencial & non-essentail category will be final.

Job Contract for daily operation of 3X330 TR HVAC chiller plant and anciallary equipments in 3 shifts including deputing Supervisor, Shift In-charge/skilled, Semi skilled manpower in all days i/c sundays and holidays complete as required as per enclosed deatiled specifications of work.

Annual Maintenance of water softening plant of capacity 5 KL per hour installed at plant, carrying out the regeneration of water softening system to achieve desired output hardness of maximum 250 ppm from a maximum input hardness of 2000 ppm. , including providing neccessary material ( common salt) and toping top up resin minimum of 5% of the actual installed capacity as per requirement and atleast once in a year and providing trained manpower, testing the hardness, complete as per specification of work and as required.

Supply and Installation of exposed ducts with 50mm thick EPS wrapped with thermal barrier and GI wire mesh finished with 12mm thick sand cement pasting.

Supply and Installation of external thermal insulation on ducts withself adhesive as per the specs. 9mm thick insulation for sully & return air ducts in air conditioned area.

Supply and Installation of external thermal insulation on ducts withself adhesive as per the specs. 13mm thick insulation for supply & return air ducts in non air conditioned area

Checking Air quantities and do the air balancing at toilet area.

Supply & painting of HVAC System i/c.water pipelines, Pumps, AHU's, Cooling Tower, LT panels & other equpments with removal exisitng salt deposits over all the equipments with saint papper and painting with corrision resistant paint to match the adjoining areas for maintaining the equipmenet in good & non rusting condition during entire year.
