Construction of 50 KL R.C.C. Over Head Tank (Staging ht.-20 mtr.) Campus of Residential Building at Govt. Unani Medical college and Hospital, Prayagraj.

Design and construction including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. R.C.C. over head tank of 50 KL. Capacity and R.C.C. M-20 in proportion 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand & 20 mm stone grit staging ht. 20M measured from original ground level to the top of ring beam supporting tank body complete with 750mm wide R.C.C. stair with 0.9 metre high made of 20mm dia G.I. pipe railing with 3 rows on both side over staircase and on balcony one side made of 3 rows of 20mm dia G.I. Pipes 'B class' supported on 50x50x6 mm M.S. angle iron posts placed at suitable intervals, supply and fixing of 45cm wide M.S. ladder from balcony to top of tank and from top inside of the tank, supply and fixing at top roof 600x600mm M.S. manhole cover with looking arragement supply and fixing of aluminum lightening conductor with earthing, water level indicator, mosquito proof ventilator, red light arrangement at top including proper wiring, steel gate enclosure at entrance of the staircase. Hoisting, erecting and jointing G.I. class 'B' pipes of required diameter for inlet 65mm, outlet 80mm, overflow 80mm and washout 65mm including supply of G.I. pipes class 'B' as required length of desired size, 6mm thick rubber packing, bolt & nut of standard make and size as per approval by Engineer in charge, clamps etc. including above supply of G.I. pipes etc. upto one metre beyond apron,40mm thick flooring for apron in C.C. 1:2:4 laid in panels over 80mm thick PCC 1:3:6 KC-1 Type, drain around the apron, consturuction of washout overflow chamber, finishing R.C.C. O.H.T. with two coat painting with approved quality Acrylic paint with priming coat of the complete structure (I.S.I. Marked) of approved make and shade, painting all steel work such as railing ladders manhole cover and all piping with two coats of approved quality enamel paint (I.S.I. marked) over one base coat of primer and including testing of tank for water tightness (the bearing capacity of soil to be taken as 9.00 tonnes/Sqm. and depth of foundation as 2.00 metres below ground level including excavation of all type of soil. The above work shall be completed in all respect as per drawing & design. The vetted drawing & design shall be provided by the contractor.
