Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift up to 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the as of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs.- P-J Work. For Pipe Line

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-

Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and Plinth.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever up to floor two levels.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in :

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs , landing and the like:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partitions and the like including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like .

Providing mild steel/tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending , binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Providing & Supplying of SFRC Manhole Frame and Covers (EHD - 35 , HD - 20 and MD - 10 ) comfirming to ISI : 12952 SFRC EHD - 35

Providing smooth finishing in cm 1:3 ( Same Qty item no 7)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 work (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- Plinth & Foundation

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floors.

Disposal incuding loading unloading and staking of surplus excavated soil/material with in a lead of 2 km by M.T. & 500 mtrs Head Load at the disposal site.

Laying & Jointing in trenches, D.I. Tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately). 150 mm Dia

Relaying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
