Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(High pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately).

6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Removing and refixing fixed window glasses after applying weather silicone sealent of approved quality etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing 30cm wide eave/facia boards with 18mm thick WPC boards upto floor IV level including the cost of required scaffolding,cutting,fixing.necessary nails and screws etc. all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Renewing glass panes, with silicone sealents wherever necessary including racking out the old silicone:

Removing and refixing aluminium doors and windows after dismembering ,rejoining, providing new screws & aluminium reinforcement, cleats,glasses etc. all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Applying three coats of Dr.Fixit 623 Newcoat or equivalent after applying Dr.Fixit Primseal 604 or equivalent by allowing proper drying time between each coat etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Supplying,Insatallation,commissioning and testing of filter media(6000LPH flow) with UV shall be consist of pressure sand filter(Capacity-6000 LPH,Dia-610mm,Height-2472mm,sand and pebble media,M/F valve,M.O.C-FRP of make Imported Pentair blue or equivalent) and activated carbon filter(Capacity-6000 LPH,Dia-610mm,Height-2472mm,Activated carbon media of Iodine value 950,M/F valve,M.O.C-FRP of make Imported Pentair blue or equivalent) with UV chamber made up of SS 304 G(capacity 80 watt),1.50 Hp raw water pump (Kirloskar or equivalent) with inlet and outlet pipes,02 nos. micron filter of 20" long, M S skid base, all required pipe lines upto commissioning of media etc. all complete with 01 years maintenance and warranty period all as per specification and as per the direction of EIC.
