1The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction -cum -jetting machines fitted with pump of required capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site land at any distance and without any additional cost. (i). The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and without any additional cost , on the same day when it was taken out.The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision . (ii). During the mechaized operation , the service provider /Contractor shall be equiped with Gas monitor , nylon rope ladder , torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction / jetting machine . (iii). The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deemed into the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising engineer including provision of water for jetting & removal of sludge /silt /liquid /mud & sand (in foul position )etc. (iv). The contractor shall engage the above mentioned T & P and intimate to Enginner - In -Charge in writing with Machine No./ Vehicle No. etc for their record and prior approval . (v). A Register shall be maintained showing the Machine No /Vehicle No. and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly sighned by concern JE , Engr -in- charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer .
1.1	Dewatering of soak well , septic tanks by using mechanical pump diesel driven with fuel operator and crew of water etc at site all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.	500	Cum	-	-
1.2	Cleaning of soak well, septic tanks by way of desludging foreign material manually/mechanically and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, and disposed off outside of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/ Cantt board as per rules of public health), including digging required nos of pits for depositing sludge and future capping the pit with the 25 cm thick layer of soil and sprinkling bleaching powder (including supply of bleaching powder) over the area of ditches with one metre around complete all as specified and directed.	500	Cum	-	-
1.3	Cleaning of blockage of 110mm bore sewer lines (i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line) by way of cleaning desludging foreign material as well as roding of sewer line between successive manholes manually/mechanically or pumping out sewage from blocked line including desludging where required and ordered by Engineer-in-Charge and keeping sewer line functional from Ist manhole upto final drop as septic tank, soakage well all as specified and directed .	500	RM	-	-
