Dismantling wood work, wrought framed and fixed in frames other frames and trusses of span upto 10 Metres and height between ridge and floor level upto 5 Metres including stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials with in 20 Metres lead. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in trusses, purlins, rafters, posts, post pltes, wall plates and the like wrought framed, hoisted and fixed in position. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Gutter (900 mm over all girth)

Providing and fixing PGI Sheet 0.63mm thick in expansion joint with overall width 45 cm fixed to beam /slab with wooden plugs and screws i/c bending to slope and fixed in bitumen mix filler in preparation of 80 kg bitumen 1 kg of cement & 0.25 cum of sand hot mixed complete. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 1518 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges Plain Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Valley plain (upto 600 mm)

Providing and fixing flushing 38cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A,including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382,leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Singlesocketed pipes. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing PVC Plain Bend 110 mm Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MSBP sheet 1.66 to 2.00 mm thick in eaves board/faciasoffits/ceiling including cutting,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing unplasticised-PVC pipe clamps of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Two coats

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade ,brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated on crete / stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing cup board shutters 25 mm thick, with Pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade l Type ll), having one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25 mm wide x12 mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 18mm thick commercial board, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately). Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. And as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 18X5 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts :-

Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 60x60 cm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
