Taking down chowkhats but with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) & removing from site exc. 1.5 Sqm but n. exc. 4 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as No 01 above but n.exc. 1.50 sqm each

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1.0 sqm and not exc. 2.0 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium door made out of hollow extruded aluminium section as mentioned below: Each door having 02 Nos disc or D type handels, 02 Nos aluminium tower bolts 200 mm size one aluminium sliding door bolt or 250mm size, one brass mortice lock of six levers with key in duplicate regulated by double action hydraulic floor door spring (Make Sandhu/TITZ) shutter to be partly glazed with 5 mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with 12 mm thick pre laminated particle board fixed with glazing clips, rubber beading/gasket anodized aluminium beading screws complete. Supply and fix in repairs Aluminium excruded section body, door closer hydraulically regulated designation N0. 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for powder coated aluminium sliding windows having three Nos of tracks including one gauzed shutter for mosquito proofing including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.63 mm nominal dia and average aperature 1.4 mm and two Nos of glazed shutters including 4mm thick plain sheet glass and minimum 1.2 mm wall thickness including shutters,interlocks,EPDM gaskets with necessary cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, suitable handles, locking arrangement and fixed to stone masonary wall complete including dismantling of old window of any type complete all as specified and as directed. Frame Section as below:- Bottom member (21446) : 91x31.75mm Side & Top (21447) : 91x31.75mm

Supply and fix for powder coated anodised aluminium ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.63 mm nominal dia and average aperature 1.4 mm, aluminium section comprising of outer frame 50mmx25mm with minimum wall thickness of 1.30mm, louver carrier sections of size 25mmx18mm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc.and fixed to stone masonry wall including demolition of RCC jali ventilators/old steel ventilator complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 18mm to 20mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platfoms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood (haldu/ hallock) plain, solid, straight chowkats & frames , wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in stone / brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts measured from face of jambs into wall exc. one brick but n. exc.two bricks &making good dismantled portion in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar as required complete all as specified and as directed.
