Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of UG cable in soft/loosse soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed by Engr- in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point.

M & L for Sand cushioning and covering with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, locally available best quality bricks laid breath wise across the length of cable in trenches for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc,. complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling/taking down old aluminium steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size from LT overhead line including all jumper, cross arms, clamps, bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable insulators of any type, any size from LT poles of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light thermoplastic cable Junction box made of SMC/FRP of size 200x255x112mm, IP-66, weather proof for outdoor use with TPN terminal and with MCB SP, 6-32A, 10 KA, 'C' Curve, 01 No and connector terminal 4 pole indicating RYB Phase Colour and Neutral colour complete fixed to street light pole with suitable size of mild steel clamps, nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Hensel, CAT No : KF 2525 or equivalent model of make Sintex/Spelberg/Emitter).

Supply and laying of 50mm bore GI pipe "light grade" for protection & passing of LT cable fixed to poles/walls/laid under floor/roads complete including fittings complete all as specified

Supply and laying of 40mm bore GI pipe "light grade" for protection & passing of LT cable fixed to poles/walls/laid under floor/roads complete including fittings complete all as specified. Note for item No 10 and 11: Excavation/ Earth work, MS clamp, nuts, bolts, washers shall be measured and paid under respective items of this BOQ.

S&F two runs of single core 2.5 Sqmm cable, PVC FRLS, insulated and sheathed, multi stranded aluminium conductor cable, weather proof to connect from junction box to sesurity light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, GI strips armoured cable for working voltage 1100 volts, 4 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 16 Sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, culverts, under floors, through GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, GI strips armoured cable for working voltage 1100 volts, PVC insulated ,3 core with reduced neutral conductor (3 1/2 Core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 35 Sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, culverts, under floors, through GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Earthing complete of machinery/equipment installed at power house/substation with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.0 m below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 300x300x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @15cm centre to centre in both direction and 10mm dia MS handle of suitable size, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers,necessary earth work in any type of soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I, earth lead connected to main switch board or main control board all as directed and testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable earthing. (Cost of earthing deemed to to be included upto 7.5 metre long GI earth strip and GI protection pipe including fittings. Earth pit shall be at min 500mm away from external face of building.)

Design, fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made(CPRI Approved), junction box of size 900mm(H)X700mm(B)X400mm(W) (over all dimension) made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5 mm frame, 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of of capacity 250 Amps with drilled hole for incoming/outgoing cable connection with necessary aluminium lungs, GI nuts bolts and washer including 08 Nos bridge insulator DMC , heavy duty, suitable for 3 Phase 4 wire system, one danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed in front door size and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 foundation 0.30m above normal ground level & 0.30m below ground level with necessary exacavation and earth work and painting to internal and external steel surface with powder coated (Siemence grey) RL-35 after neccesary preparation of surfaces including Indicating lamp LED type 240V 50 Hz AC -one set of 3 Make: L&T/Legrand/ ABB/Siemens/Havells compete all as directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable single core multistranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including grey colour PVC rigid non metalic conduit (Medium Grade) on wall surface conforming to IS-9537 with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface (concealed to wall by cutting chases and making good using cement mortar 1:4) providing 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 2.5 sqmm single core (FRLS) PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for :- One 3 pin 15 A socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch piano, flush button single pole, 15 Amps one way.

M & L for Sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (Nominal area) single core FRLS cable PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cables 1100 Volts grade drawn through grey colour PVC conduits, medium grade, of suitable size, fixed to wall/ceiling etc with all accessories, fittings, fixures including 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point including PVC conduits of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Two runs of main cables and one run of earth wire will be measured as one length

Supply and fix MCB single pole 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts, C series, 10 kA rupturing capacity

Material and labour for cutting existing 15 to 20 mm bore water supply pipe line in position/without taking down, screwing & threading for alterations or additions including providing new union/Tee complete all as directed.

Supply, laying/fixing, connection and testing, 15mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade with all fittings and fixtures complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.
