COMPLETION OF BALANCE WORK FOR SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT OF MISSILE COMPLEX BLDG NO 10991 REPAIR REPLACEMNT OF ROOF SHEETS AND VALLEY GUTTERS OF CERTAIN TECHNICAL BLDGS AND SPECIAL REPAIR TO LWT STORE BLDG NO P1093 AT NAD KARANJA

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cleaning the new surfaces concrete with wire brushing and applying water proofing treatment as under complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge:- (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree celsius on the prepared dry roof surface. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non-wooven ployster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 4.50 Kg/Sqm with white gravel/mineral finished by thermo fusion process. Note: APP membrane shall be provided to the contractor under Schedule 'B'.

Material and labour for cleaning the new surfaces concrete with wire brushing and applying water proofing treatment as under complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge:- (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree celsius on the prepared dry roof surface. The APP membrane shall be of:- (a) M/s Taxsa India Ltd Mumbai-'MOPLY FP OR (b) M/s Chemical Adhesive (P) Ltd-'Chemistic'OR (c) M/s STP-'Super Thermolay' OR (d) M/s India Ltd, Chennai-'Hyper Plus' or (e) M/s Percept Engrs Pvt Ltd, Kochi-POLYPLUS Note: The contractor will be permitted to use materials procured from any one of the manufacturer mentioned above. However, the materials for the entire work shall be of from one manufacturere only.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope, kerbing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying one coat bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clean water and allow to dry. Cut the crack portion "V" shape and fill visible cracks /jointis by Chemistic crackseal caulking compund and allow to dry for 24 Hours. Apply a primer coat of Chemistic Prime N Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 2 coats of Chemistik PDS-50 (WB high Build Anti Caronation Coating cum waterproffing) and shade by brush at the interval of 8 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc., including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces cement plaster in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth including sagol finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick as in flooring /hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC tiles /sheets of 2mm thick laminated plain coloured homogenous, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chipping, removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debries outside the premises etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Material and labour for clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc., complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Epoxy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours. The application shall be by brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Material and labour for applying concrete protection coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling AC (Corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheet in roof fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook or crank bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for AC two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated sheets in roof coverings, fixed witth 'L' or 'J' hook complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for rough cast wired glass 6.40mm thickness not exc 0.50 sqm and glazing with rubber beading or oil putty for windows/doors/partition etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 Grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories.

Supply and fix for plain galvanized mild steel sheeting 1mm thick in ridge hips valley gutters drips and straight flashing welded or soldered joint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for 150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including bends complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of pre-cast concrete block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in exc 10cm in width in type B1 (1:2:4) and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
