M&L for coloured designer tiles exterior grade ( ENDURA or equivalent make as approved by GE) 12 mm thick as in flooring laid over and including 15 mm thick bed in CM(1:6) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment including dismantling of floor, hearth tiles/ terrazo with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.13 as above but except bricks. Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used in this item

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 35 mm thick, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar (1:4), (measured solid), including all mouldings including dismantling of existing jallies of any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angle with and incl necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite slab of any shade ( table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking plateforms, wall and like in cement mortor 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using pigment to match shade of the slabs including dismantling existing stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding/ chamferring to edges of stone slabss one edge , such as in steps , cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on random rubble stone masonry surface finished ever and fair complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in benching of drain complete all as specified and directed..

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitered /stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling of old unserviceable road sign board of any shape and size complete all as specied and directed.

S&F stainless steel of Grade 304 of circular/square section incl plate/sheets/decorative items like dooms, cover cups etc as in frame work for road sign board complete all as specified and directed

Using computerised cutter plotter & pneumatic automated squeeze roll applictor ) on overlay film or similar sheetng for text /graphics & symbol etc as per approved design and aluminum rivets, break away type nut/bolts (Each sign face shall be acked by staineless steel frame and stainless steel itmes will be measured and paid separately)
