Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, cills, dado, skirting etc. laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Granite 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps,Jamps, Pillars, Windows, cills, platforms and like CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with marble shade of Granite over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick matt finish(square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, laid in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile incl screedd bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling of existing tile and disposal to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Glazed coloured Ceramic tiles of size 300mm X 600mm and 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match as in vertical surfaces over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished including dismantling of existing tile and disposal to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exceeding. 1.5 Sqm Each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm Each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm Each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing for Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDMrubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction.

Supply & Fixing for Aluminium anodised grill powder coated with approved standard section and fixed to existing window frame with CP brass/stainles steel screwnot less than 50mm and @ 200mm c/c, incl cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised alu standard section ( 28mm x 19mm x 2mm thick)around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction .

Supply & Fixing for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
