Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 24 KW / 30 KVA SILENT mobile Diesel Generating Set with CPCB II approved, alternator conforms to IS: 4722, BS EN 60034-1& suitable for tropical condition and acoustic enclosure comprising of Diesel engine developing 42 BHP at 1500 RPM, complete with standard accessories, Coupled to Alternator rated at 24 KW / 30 KVA at 415 Volts, Three Phase mounted on Channel Iron Base Frame complete with Fuel Tank of 85 Ltrs or above capacity with Standard Manual control panel(IP 42) with provision for two output connections and batteries with all accessories as required including loading, transportation and unloading at Salem Airport.

Provision of 4 wheel Trolley with topping Arrangement of 10 M high foldable Lighting arrangement with 2 no. of rotatable LED light fixtures 250W ( Philips Model No: BVP410 LED 250 CW HE NB FG S4 XTFCL or equivalent from the list of approved makes) each.

Supply of following size 1.1KV grade, stranded Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured Underground cable confirm to IS 7098 (Part I) 1988 with upto date amendments as required. a)4C x 16 Sqmm

Provision of portable distribution box made of Weather/Vermin proof, Anti corrosive, UV resistant, Insulated, shock proof made out of Thermoplastic Polycarbonate, factory assembled pole junction boxes, with tool operated quarter turn locking arrangement, Pole mounted, conforming to IP 65 protection with all routine test certificates as per IEC, for better safety the polycarbonate JBs shall be fire retardant & amp; self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3 UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent., with MCB chamber to accommodate 6 MCBs (40ATPN-1 no., 32A TPN-2no.,32A SPN-3 no.s)3Phase 32A Industrial Socket-1no, 1 Phase32A Industrial Socket -1 no,16/6A switch control domestic sockets-4 no.s ,indicator lamps complete as required.
