Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng N/A (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) (b) Mandating satisfactory completion(atleast 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor for at least one similar such as road work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work of value not less than Rs.30.18 Lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) (c)Executed in any one year,the following minimum quantities of work (usually 80% of the peak annual rate of construction) 1)Earth work /embankment/subgrade-865.00 Cum 2) DBM/ BC/BM/SDBC/Mix seal/Seal coat- 11400.00 sqm 3)WMM/WBM -890.00 Cum 4)TMT Steel-1.08 tonne

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying creteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under assessed available tender capacity is qual to AxNx2.5-B,where A is equal to maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years(updated to 2026-27 price value) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N is equal to number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited.(i.e, 6 months) B is equal to 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on going works to be completed during the next i.e,6 months) The statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be counter signed by the employer incharge not below the rank of an executive engineer or equalent.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 18.11 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from nationalized/scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc)

Income Tax Balance sheets and Annual turnover certificate issued by the CA with membership NO with UDIN in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a Minimum financial turn over (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.60.36 lakhs
