Supply and fix 2nd class Hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joint. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made 2nd class hard wood plain, framed , paneled shutters 35mm thick (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (part-I) , kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made 2nd class Hard wood glazed/skeleton shutters 35mm thick open rebated prepared to receive glass, gauze etc divided in squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any number with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated beads for securing glass gauge etc. size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, Clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in bands, bed blocks, fixing hold fasts, filling of door frames etc complete incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel window frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Powder coated (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix expanded metal mesh Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in window- cills, cooking platforms and like, jointed in grey cement slurry and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 including rubbing and mirror polishing to give gloss finish complete necessary cutting, notching etc for sink complete all as specified and as directed.
