Providing Maintenance services for Internal and External Electrical & Mechanical Installations of Terminal Building, i/c Operation & day to day check of Lift installed in SHA, UPS etc. by deploying adequate manpower as per the conditions of contract involving operation, repairs & maintenance / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract on all day including Sundays & Holidays.

Supply of Two pin halogen lamp 200 Watt, 6.6 Amp Bi Pin Halogen PAPI Lamp having minimum rated life of 1000 hours burning at full brilliancy. (suitable for AMA make MK- III PAPI fitting). Make: OSRAM, Model No: 64386 or equivalent Make approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of 105 Watt. Halogen lamp, 6.6Amp Halogen lamp having minimum rated life of 1000 hours burning at full brilliancy. (For Inset type light suitable for OCEM make SLRE - Runway edge light fitting). Make: Narva, Model No. 6108, Make: OSRAM Model No: 64339 or equivalent Make approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of 200W, 6.6 A Halogen Lamp - Lead type OSRAM 64382 HLX-C or equivalents Make suitable for OCEM Make, Model: FAU-200 Approach Light Fitting.

Supply of LED Signage Converter capable to drive LED strips of 5.5W for operational area signages.

Supply of LED Signage Strip of 0.5 W for 11 nos. in one strip

Supply of Isolating Transformer 200 W, 6.6/6.6 A

Supply of 360 Clear inner lens filter for Runway edge light fitings (for AMA make fitting).

Supply of 360 Clear outer lens filter for Runway edge light fitings (for AMA make fitting).

Supply of Two pin halogen lamp 150 W, 6.6 Amp, Bi pin Halogen lamp (Runway Edge Light Lamp having minimum rated life of 1000 hours burning at full brilliancy. suitable for Astronics DME Model L- 862 make fitting). OSRAM- 64354 or equivalent Make.

Supply of Halogen lamp holder for runway edge light suitable for 150W, 20/6.6A. HIRL Astronics DME Model L- 862 Elevated fittings.

Supply of PAPI lamp holder suitable for AMA make MK- III PAPI light fittings.

Supply of LED Type low intensity aviation obstruction light suitable for 220 V , 50 HZ AC supply and as per ICAO standard etc. complete as required. As per list of approved make or equivalent.

Supply of Wind Sock Cloth of color Red & White in the form of a truncated cone made of fabric and should have a length of not less than 3.6m and diameter at larger end of not less than 0.9m confirming to ICAO Annex 14 and Aerodrome Design Manual part-6/FAA. Make : AMA India Pvt. Ltd or equivalent Make approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Calibration of PAPI Clinometer Make: AMA,Clinometer should be Pick up from AAI site and bring back in good position after calibration.

SITC of Luminous Zolt 900VA Pure Sinewave Inverter & RC 18000 150Ah Battery Combo with Trolley complete as required suitable for single phase operation. Make : Luminous, Model: Luminous Zolt 900VA Pure Sinewave Inverter RC18000 150Ah Plus Trolley or equivalent as per AAI Approved make.

Supply of rotating Beacon glass of colour Green & White suitable for Make-MANAIRCO, Model AB-1000F-CE approved by Engineer- In - Charge.

Decorative lighting of Terminal Building and Garden area with 100 pcs PAR lights and 500 pcs fairy/ Rise lights with all accessories, men and materials, wiring and connections etc. complete as required [Occasion up to 3 days = 1 Job].The quantity and colour of LEds will be decided by Engineer- In - Charge on every occasion.

Percentage above or below on the rate of CPWD DSR'2022 (E&M) worth totaling to Rs.5,00,000.00 as per requirement.( Items cover all DSR 2022 items except the items which are included in above schedule (if any)) (Note: The contractor has to quote/upload the percentage above/below(+/-%) on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate column as clarified below. For Example: If desires to quote 5% above on DSR-2022 rate, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If desires to quote 3% below on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97.(Quotated Rate will be exclusive of GST)
