Drain out of Transformer Oil for replacement damaged packing.

Lifting of Top cover by the help of Crain for replacement of damaged packing of Top Cover including removal of damaged packing and surface after then fixing of packing and Top cover including tightening of Nut & bolts.

Opening of radiator and removal of damaged packing.

Cleaning of 08/10 MVA power Transformer by the caustic soda for removal of dust/oily surface.

Painting of 08/10 MVA Power Transformer installed at 33/11 KV S/s Baldev including 02 coat of red oxide and 02 coat of super enamel paint grey color on the Transformer.

Fixing packing of radiator and fitting of radiator of 08/10 MVA Transformer

Opening of conservator tank by the help of Crain removal of damaged packing, cleaning of surface fixing of packing and fitting of conservator tank.

Opening of 33 KV, 11 KV bushing rod very carefully and removal of damaged packing and replacement of packing and fixing of 33 KV, 11 KV busing rod complete.

Filling of Transformer Oil.

Making of all connection of 08/10 MVA Transformer.

All packing set complete for 08/10 MVA Transformer made of cork Sheet.

Repairing and making of old damage operation handle.

Replacement of damaged PG Clamp Dog to Dog on the existing 33KV Bus Bar at 33/11 KV S/s Baldev Opening of PG Clamp by hanging on the Bus Bar. The work carried out after shut down given to execute the work only four hours maximum in a day.

Replacement of 33 KV Way ACSR Dog Conductor at 33/11 KV Baldev Transformer to fuse set, fuse set to Isolator, Isolator to post insulator, post insulator to Bus Bar.

Repairing of 33KV isolator including Replacement of damaged Post Insulator jaw & Blade on the existing 33KV isolator at 33/11 KV S/s Baldev Opening of Old damaged post insulator malted bolts opening or cutting and fitting of new post insulator jaw & Blade and greecing of all accessories for smooth operation for the completion of work. The work carried out after shut down given to execute the work only four hours maximum in a day.

Replacement of damaged/burnt 33 KV isolator with new isolator by cutting welding etc. complete.

Opening of existing way ACSR Dog Conductor from 33KV Bus Bar to Main 33KV isolator to Post insulator to isolator, isolator to fuse set and fuse set to 33/11 KV MVA Power Transformer at 33/11 KV Substation Baldev and replacement of new ACSR dog conductor as above proper work completion. The work carried out after shut down given to execute the work only four hours maximum in a day.

Connection of 33KV isolator, post insulator, fuse set, transformer by the fitting of connecting clamps.

Repairing of 33KV Fuse set including Replacement of damaged Post Insulator of 33KV fuse set at 33/11 KV S/s Baldev Opening of old damaged Post Insulator. Malted bolts opening or cutting and fitting of copper flat 50x6 mm for the completion of fuse set. The work carried out after shut down given to execute the work only four hours maximum in a day.

Replacement of Damaged flat of body earting of power T/F size 50x6 mm G.I. Flat by welding etc. All labour, T&P arranged by the contractor on his own cost.

Painting of the Terminal gentry, Bus Bar Gentry by using alluminium paint two coat and red oxide, single coat including rubbing of structure.

Painting of the Fuse Set, Isolator Structure by using alluminium paint two coat and red oxide, single coat including rubbing of structure.

Painting of the Post Insulator, L.A. Sutucture by using alluminium paint two coat and red oxide, single coat including rubbing of structure.
