Fabricating, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick, FR grade consisting of a core of mineral core fibre sandwitched between two aluminium skins of 0.50mm thickness, 4mm overall thickness with surface finish of flurocarbon (PVDF) protective colour coating, as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (b) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete as per specification. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete ,as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places."

Providing and fixing aluminium work for framework with extruded built up standard tubular sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle..etc complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding
