Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the xcavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Cement concrete in 1:4:8 with cement, sand and 4cm .(1.5") gauge Approved granite stone ballast (crusher broken) in foundation including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

R.C.R Stone Masonery work in foundation in1:6 cement :sand mortar

M 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and Coarse fine sand mortor in foundation and plinth i/c all complete as chapter 6 as S.I. No 303

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources) Footing

Providing and injecting chemical for pre-constructional anti-termite treatment and chemical barrier under and around the coloumn pits wall trenches basement excavation top surfaces if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external per meter of binding expansion joints surrounding of pipes and conduit etc, complete .

R.C.C work in 1:1½:3 cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge granite stone gritt for Plinth Beam excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. also including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .Binding wire cost being included in the item.
