Supply of following 5KV grade, single core, copper conductor, PVC insualted & PVC sheathed, unsheilded Airport lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-II) with upto date amendent Confirming to technical specification attached etc. as reqd.

1 x 6 sq.mm.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size exceeding 25 sq.mm. but not exceeding 120 sq.mm. in the existing RCC/HUME/ STONEWARE/METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm.but not exceeding 120 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Upto 25 sq.mm.

Supply of 6 sq.mm. Essna connector.

Re-connection of existing 6 sq.mm. copper conductor cable with essna connector etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of GLF fittings on the existing transformer housing box including installation of isolating transformer lens, filters, lamps and other accessories alignment levelling making transformer connections and earth connection etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the trench in the hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 mtrs.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG GI wire at 0.50 mm. below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including soldering etc. as required.

supply of Elevated LED Runway guard light Model No. LETG, Make - OCEM ICAO Annex 14 VOLUME, 1 compliance.

Supply of CI isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm dia heigh 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, expect the top surface, which is 15mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to supply & receive one no of 50mm dia "B' class ISI mark GI pipe (as per approved list of make), including check nuts as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hold (4 away from the hold centre) and having a drain hold at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia, "B" class CI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos M10 tapped hole at the hold centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.

Installation of MS transformer housing boxes of size 330mm dia and 450mm heigh in ground near runway / taxiway with 1:2:4 cement concrete 150mm in all around and in bottom i/c excavation of soft soil, leveling etc. as reqd.
