Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) for Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, columns, pier holes etc n exe. 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:3 on ceiling including finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Preparing the newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of priming on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint including 3 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting opening in cement concrete walls (any descript-ion) for door, window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering, etc. without reinforcement

Cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brickwork or stone masonry (in alter nate course), forming tooth-ings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials entering old wall set in CM 1:4 of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate)

Taking down existing plaster of any thickness and M&L for 15 mm thick fibre glass reinforced cement based and resin modified hard plaster system conforming to requirement of WSF standards in two coats (base & finish), including making good of damaged portions to even surface, finished with washable paint system, complete all as specified in WSF standards and directed by Engr-in-Charge
