PROVISION OF CERTAIN WORKS SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PROTOTYPE TEST SQUADRON UNDER GE (AF) MARATHAHALLI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames from the opening of size not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Chowkats or frames from the opening of size exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exc 4 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes ( any size or pattern) , including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Vitrified ceramic light shade tiles 10mm thick (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors and skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor/skirting finishes complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for joint free non skid white tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tileexceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick with cement mortar(1:4) for laying floor tile complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic light shade tiles 10mm thick (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in wall/ skirting/ dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat or bedding layer of 10 mm thick with cement mortar(1:3) for laying floor/skirting finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Elegant Tile made of perforated cement fiber composite 595x595/295X1195/595X1195x5mm covered with absorptive microfiber coating on the front side and Acoustics fiber on the back side, water resistance, fire resistant absorption coefficient upto 0.89 at 160 Hz tested as per ISO 354. The tiles are anti-sag and installed on T24 grid system of 0.6mm thick Main 'T' length minimum 3000mm, web minimum 35mm to be placed at 600mm center to center and secondary cross 'T' of length 600mm web minimum 35mm inter locked, Wire Support for Main T to be taken at every 1200mm length wise and 600mm width wise, with a backing of 50mm 1000 GSM thick absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant IS 15061-2002 for excellent results complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels), upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and as directed. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) Note: (a) For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (b) Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with top hung ventilator with 3D and SS friction (400 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm, sash 67 x 110 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 + 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.50 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.
