PROVN OF WORK SERVICES FOR WIDENING OF CRASH GATES AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT AFS TAMBARAM

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 150mm Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade II as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in single layers of 75 mm each, grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness,M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
