REPLACEMENT OF BER PACKAGE TYPE AIR CONDITIONING PLANT FOR AIR STORE AT NAY GOA UNDER GE NW VASCO

(PART - I) Notes:- The unit-rate quoted for Air conditioning work shall deemed to be included for taking down of existing false ceiling and any other usable material carefully and to preserve it in safe conditions for refixing after completion of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing the BER package type A/C plant complete of 2 x 7.5 TR capacity compressor, compressor motor, condenser, condenser water pumps chiller with motor (02 Nos ) and all connecting water pipe lines , cooling tower, and ducting , electrical control panel etc and depositing to MES store yard.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of water cooled package Air Conditioners, comprising of Hermetic/ Semi Hermetically sealed Sccroll Compressor with microprocessor based control, including copper refrigerant piping, electrical interlocking between indoor units and condenser water pump motor, cooling tower motor etc, suitable for operation on R- 407C or any eco friendly standby with all equipments and accessories complete and comprising the following:- (a) Package type air conditions unit fully microprocessor control each of 11.0 TR capacity (One unit run at the time and one kept as standy ) complete and comprising of the following:- (i) Hermetically sealed scroll type compressor within built motor of matching capacity, electrically operated on three phase 415 volts, 50Hz AC supply complete with suction and discharge shut of valves, automatic capacity control with thermostats and solenoid valves, built in suction strainer, oil pump, hot gas muffer, oil pressure safety switch etc all as specified. (ii) Two Nos guage panel complete with HP/LP cut outs. oil switch, suction, discharge and oil pressure guage. (iii) Cooling coils of copper tube with aluminium fins. (iv) Filters, filter plenum and by pass dampers (02 Nos lots) with 90% efficiency to 20 microns.

(vi) In built Blowers for weather makers complete (vii) Expansion valves and pilot solenoid valves. (viii) Two sets of spring anti vibration pads and suitable foundation as per manufacturer's instructions for installation of the above package units. (ix) Necessary copper piping for liquid line complete with fittings valves etc. (x) First charge of eco friendly refrigerant gas like R407C and oil for the complete plant. (xi) All necessary cables for electrical connection from LT panel to AC plant and necessary control cable is included in the quoted rate. (xii) All civil work required for foundation are included in the quoted rate of the said item.

Supply, fix and testing of FRP cooling tower with fan and fan motor working on 415 V AC3 phase supply of 15 TR capacity along with water pumps of suitable capacity electrically operated, 3 phase 415 Volts, mono block type- 02 Nos(Minimum capacity 2 HP with 1 Working & 1 Standby), circulating water pipe line made up of ERW steel pipe heavy grade with all fittings and fixtures of suitable size and length duly painted on the outer surface area to the unit including necessary supports / laying underground as per OEM specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Design supply, fix and testing of hollow GI duct suitably insulated and weather protected from outside plant room to inside air conditioned room of suitable size and thickness duly supported on steel structure from AC Plant room to the rooms to be air conditioned for continuous supply and return air ducts with Plenum chamber and Canvas cloth joint. Supply and Installation of G.I. Ducting as per IS 655 sheet duly Insulated By 13 mm thick class-O Thermal Insulation Of All Ducts with Nitrile Rubber. Density of Material shall be between 40 to 60 Kg/m3 (For AC Ducts)

Design,supply,fixing and testing of supply air grill with diffuser and return air grill without diffuser of suitable size and as directed by Engineer In-Charge

Supply and installation of 25mm/32 mm Drain piping with 6mm thick nitrite rubber tubular insulation all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of stand made out of 40 x 5 mm MS angle of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions for fixing the package unit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of GI perforated 16 SWG thickness cable tray with cover of size 200 mm x 50 mm including coupler plates, bends and cable tie etc all specified and as directed

Supply and installation of 450mm x 450mm size fire rated flexible canvas on Packaged mouth all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI strip 25 x 4 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washer etc made of GI and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR part I and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with CI frame, funnel, GI Pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 15 mm bore GI Pipe medium grade for protection and test point complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI strip 25 x 4 mm up to 7.5m height is deemed to be included under quoted rate

M&L for galvanised Iron earth continuity conductor of size 25 x 4 mm fixed to wall /or buried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated position with suitable size of clamps, nuts and bolts for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.
