Disconnecting & taking down the ceiling fan of any sweep for carry out preventive maintenance and re hanging the same after cleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber seal, split pin, connector and copper cable PVC size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required lenght from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including hanging, connecting up and testing all as directed.

M&L for 02 X coat of spray painting of ceiling fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavities with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm thick using black enamelled paint all as directed. Note:The cost of disconnecting & taking down fans and refixing after painting is deemed to be including item No.01

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing, oiling and testing including replacement of ball bearing-02 Nos if required complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The cost of bearrings is deemed including in quoted rate.

Description all as per ser item No 03 here in above but 1400mm sweep ceiling fans including replacement of ball bearing-02 Nos if required complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- as per item No. 3

Hanging clamp complete with rubber real Make as existing /sample kept in AGE E/M office complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fan Hook complete as standard real existing in market for fixed in GI Pipe/Existing Channel

Ceiling fan blade suitable for ceiling fan of any sweep (set of three blades)

Down rod 50 cm long 15mm internal dia heavy duty duly painted including clamp, rubber ring, nut and bolts complete with canopy

BLDC ceiling fan controller 50Hz,230V, single phase, 2Amp,5kVA surge protector

(iii) The services of ceiling fan carrying out door to door.(iv) After completion of work all fans shall be tested to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge Note:Major item such as capacitor, fan blade etc shall be measured and paid seperately.) as supply only.

M&L for 02X coat of spray painting to exhaust/wall fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including filling cavaties with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm height using black synthethic enamelled paint all as directed. Note:- the cost of disconnecting & taking down fans and refixing after painting shall be deemed to be including quoted rate of item no. 06.

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of exhaust/wall fan of any sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing oiling testing incl replacement of ball bearing/GM bush as requiredcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The cost of ball bearing shall be deemed to be including quoted rate.

Taking down the existing unserviceable water storage type geyser of capacity 25/35/50 ltr by disconnecting from water connection and reinstallation at the same location after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of unserviceable parts such asReset type thermal cut out, fusible plug fuse,Non return valve vertical type spring loaded, ISI marked,Iron neck ring, Brass inlet/outlet assembly complete without element and thermostat,Aperture plate made of brass,Element holding clip made of mild steel,Bolts with washer 25mm long for aperture plate,Rubber gasket, plate type for aperture plate, Indicator bulb square/round type complete with necessary connection wire of red & green colour complete, Pressure release valve of size 15mm, ISI marked, Anti vaccum valve with GI tee of 15mm bore, ISI marked, including one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only following parts required for repair of the geyser water storage type 25/35/50 ltr capacity.

Water storage tank made out of SS body with covering of non corrosive protection on both sides of sheet with 100% pure Salem stainless steel sheet/electro statically powder coated body made of min 1.5mm thick CRCA sheet.

Heating element 1500W with rubber ring clamping screws etc

Heating element 2000W with rubber ring clamping screws etc

M&L for removing unserviceable grouted "Anchor" type bolts and nuts from the wall and S&F new "Anchor" type bolts (04 Nos of 12mm dia) grouted properly in wall to hold 25/35/50 ltr capacity water storage type geyser with and including nuts and washers and marking good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The cost of taking down of existing geyser is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings as original where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing etc and making good, cutting exc 10cm and not exc 20cm girth in brick or stone wall including making same texture of cutting surface as per existing wall complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down the existing unserviceable GI steel tubing and S&F new 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade with all fittings complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC cable 3 core copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm to water storage type geyser of capacity 25/35/50 ltr including taking out old cable.

Taking down U/S plug top and S&F new 3 pin plug top 16 amps, 230 volts, ISI marked.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,same board, independent or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor & ceiling etc.

Dismantling of old U/S sub main wiring and service wire of any size & make.

Dismantling of old U/S rusted main switch/DB of any size capacity and make.

M&L concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 02 x single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC pre insulated FRLS and unsheathed cable enclosed in PVC conduit pipe size not less than 20 mm dia with all PVC accessories such as Tee, bend, collar, elbow, square junction box etc fixed on the concealed surface and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling by means of Wall putty and matching colour of existing wall, PVCsleeve/dash fastners with cadmium plated screws including suitable size of PVC boards/ sunken box for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated but FRLS unsheathed copper earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :-
