Charges for fabrication of 250/200/ 150NB 90˚/45˚Bends/ Tee/ Spool Piece/Reducer as per site condition including cost of cutting gas, welding rod, consumables and T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for dismantling and fixing of new MS pipes 250/200/150 NB pipes in ECO hopper disposal line from 0 mtr to 22mtr elevation including cost of cutting gas, hire charges for T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for changing the Flushing apparatus in APH hopper including cost of cutting gas, welding rod, consumables and T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for cutting and dismantling the existing wornout structurals supports from Unit IV BAH and transporting the same to stores and devolution including cost of cutting gas, welding rod, consumables and T &Ps etc., complete.

Charges for fabrication and erection of structuals supports in Unit IV BAH including all T&Ps and consumables etc.,complete.

Charges for dismantling of worn out expansion bellow and assembling of same/new expansion bellow including cost of cutting gas, consumables and T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for dismantling of quenching nozzle with holder, changing or choke releasing and cleaning and assembling of same/ new including cost of cutting gas, welding rod, consumables and T&Ps etc., complete.

Charges for replacement of wornout 250/200NB ash slurry pipe line or bend and devaluating the retrieved pipes to stores, including all T&Ps welding electrodes and cutting gas etc.,

Charges for dismantling the sealing assembly of ECO hopper flushing apparatus after releasing the distance piece, removing, lowering and cleaning the flushing apparatus and seal trough free from slag, foreign material, reassembling the same after completion of economizer work including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps.

Charges for cutting the flanges from retrieved worn out 400/350/300NB M.S .Pipe. spool piece bend etc by chipping the rust and gas cutting & chipping burns to make them suitable for the pipe OD for welding including cost of cutting gas, welding electrodes consumables, T&P hire charges etc. complete.

Charges for erection of 1 no 400/350/ 300NB MS flanges at the end of fabricated bend’s, spool piece and grinding the inner welded portion for rubber lining including cost of transportation, cutting gas, welding rod, T&P hire charge etc. complete.

Charges for changing the worn out pipes of 400/350/300NB in dyke water line at a height of 10mtr EL including cost of transportation, welding electrodes, cutting gas T&P etc complete

Charges for monitoring of ECO and APH hopper ash disposal system and emptying of ECO and APH hopper by opening the related valves by hammering the spool piece and flushing apparatus, ash slurry disposal line, to prevent chock of ECO, APH hopper and ash slurry line, cleaning of APH trenches and ECO hopper ash slurry disposal tray, patch up work in flushing apparatus fixing of nozzle holder assembly and fixing of 50NB diaphragm valve whenever necessary including cost of consumables, T&P hire charges etc complete.

Charges for painting newly erected structural supports in Unit IV BAH with one coat red - oxide and two coats of good quality enamel paint including consumables etc., complete

Charges for fabrication of 350/350NB bend or Tee from the given MS pipe and grinding the inner welded portion for rubber lining including cost of cutting gas, welding electrodes and hire charges for T&Ps etc.,

Cost of works for removing and reconditioning the worn out spool pieces in ECO/APH hoppers area and assembling the new/ reconditioned spool pieces as per the direction of engineer-in-charge including cost of consumables etc.,

Cost of works for dismantling of 40/50NB valves, jetting nozzle holder assembly and cleaning the part free from shells, ash choking and reassembling the same or new one one including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&Ps etc.,

Cost of work for dismantling the BAH Jetting nozzle line, fitting, valves nozzle releasing the chokes, attending leaks if any reassembling the same in order including cost of consumables, hire charges for T&P etc.,
