Repair and Replacement of water distribution system, filter media, pump set and other allied work for 19 Wing and 14 BRD, AF under GE (AF) Borjhar

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of CI/ GI/ DI/ PPR pipe and getting out in soft/loose of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L as in repairs to sluice valve 80mm dia after replacement of gland packing, nuts & bolts and brass spindle, fixed on the existing GI/ DI/ PPR pipe line with leather gasket of suitable thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 4.00 here-in-before but 100 mm dia.

M&L as in repair the leakage/ damaged to CI /DI /MS /GI and PP-R of size 40-80mm dia pipe line at any location, as directed by Engr-in-charge with required earth works, jointing materials such as lead wool/ leather gasket / rubber gasket ring /push on joint / socket / union or as required at site for pipe fittings for CI /DI /MS/ GI pipe line with reqd nuts/ bolts/ washer and necessary welding works, etc. (as reqd.) including necessary T&P complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Necessary excavation and earth work (as required) shall measured and paid separately. (ii) Jointing material, lead wool, gasket, nuts bolts shall inclusive of rate quoted.

Supply and fix Ductile iron sluice valve flange type of 150 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS - 14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket (neouprene) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ductile iron Non return valve of size 100mm and Taking out old unserviceable NRV ISI marked including complete fitting item with jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc of suitable size all as specified and directed.

Lifting and Lowering for repair etc. of the heavy duty flanged column pipe of 80mm to150 mm bore length not exceeding 100 mtr existing size etc. by dismantling the bolts nuts washers, rubber flanged etc and taking out and lowering of submersible pump set along with the submersible cable complete all as directed. Note : (i) Rate quoted shall inclusive leather gasket ,rubber flanged as required at site. (ii) Nuts, bolts and washer shall be paid separately.

Supply and fix MS Nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size matching with the existing flange of borewell complete all as directed.

Material and labour painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer after preparation of external surface of the shell of IRP's by scrapping of existing paint all as directed. Material and labour painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer after preparation of external surface of pressed steel tanks/ladders/raising mains, delivery mains, wash out and overflow pipe line of OH reservoir by scrapping of existing paint all as directed including arrow mark showing water flowing direction.

Material & labour for two coats of wheather coat/Cement based paint on RCC Over head tank of approx height of 25Mtr, before painting scraping of old paint is to be carried out and painting includes pillars ,Doors,and writting of the capacity of Over Head Tank etc of RCC Over head tank complete all as directed by Engr -in-charge. Note : Rate quoted shall inclussive necessary scuffolding for paint work.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work as ladder, cleats and similar work in RCC Over Head water tank conforming to Fe 410-W by welding or screwing including nuts, bolts, washers etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161 1979 grade St.-240

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations filling and fxing of angle iron Post etc. mass concrete Type C1 1:3:6, using 20mm graded aggregate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for collection of water sample from Pump Houses or any other indicated location, submission the water sample to any Government Laboratories (National Test House or eqvt Labs), testing the following parameters of water sample a) organoleptic and physical parameters b) general parameters concerning substances undesirable in excessive amounts c) parameters concerning toxic substances d) pesticide residues limits e) bacteriological quality of drinking water (as per IS 10500 : 2012 & ICMR guidelines) and submission the Test Report to Engr-in-Charge within 30 days of collection of water sample.

Supply of calcium Hypochlorite which is dry free flowing and free from lumps,Toxic & undesirable substance should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS 10500 (2012) in treated and disinfected water of packing capacity 45 KG in each drum having min 55% chlorine content in granular from calcium Hydroxide Max 4%, sodium max 15% and particle size (passing through 1.70 mm SI sieve) fortfied with corrosion inhibitors and anti scalants for drinking water disinfection. Note : Bidder should submit the corrosion inhibitor and Anti scaling agent certificate of particular OEM which must be ratified by E-in-C's letter.

Supply of chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposal sanitiser refill (dia 2.5 inches +- 0.5 inches height 10 inches +-0.5 inches) for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled realese of disinfactant in water, suitable for operation through dosing system Make : Declibac (Type Stequa 411 AE) / Eqvt approved make. Note : The product media should have heavy metal contminants below etectable limits & must pass acute toxicity test (conform to non for mammalian cells) and safe for human health safety point.

M&L for cleaning of semi underground sumps of 1 Nos of 10000 Gallon capacity each through 7 stages of cleaning and sterilization consisting of the following stages complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. for semi underground sump 10000 Gallon capacity. (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using monoblock Diesel engine pumpset of suitable capacity . (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC-G5 a laboratory tested branded chemical. (c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is Sterilization by using TERBAC-G5 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of TERBAC-G5 from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization . (e ) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor and wall of UG Sump with pressur Jet pump and drain out the water. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. Note : (I) All T&P, PPE Kit, Transport shall be provided by the contractor without charging any extra cost. (II) ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.
