Providing and applying Primer coat with medium grade bitumen emulsion MS on prepared surface of granular base i/c clearing of road surfact, cleaned of dust and extraneous materials with mechanical brooms or any other approved equipments and spraying primer @ 0.6 Kg. per sqmt. ( zero point six kilograms per square meter) with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly , including carriage of materials and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transport and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge conforming to clause 503 of MORT&H specification (latest revision)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam 50mm thick VG-30 with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including carriage of materials and equipment in all leads and lift with all modes of transport as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge confirming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specification (latest revision)

Repair of pot holes and removal of loose material and filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, (VG-30) 30mm thick :- Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
