Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) surface finished even and rough to receive top finish all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Square Metre but not exceeding 0.18 Square Metre, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Squre/rectangular)polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Square Metre,in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wasters including bedding in cement in dwarf wall or including fixing cantiliver brackets and connecting union to pipe over all sixe 915 mm x 460mm , bowl sixe 410mm x 330mm x 160mm all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 40 mm waste fitting, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sink with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm dia Drizzle soft brass valve tap(swan neck), with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed but fancy type all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L granite (of any type) black coloured tiles 20mm thick polished machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over screed bed in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick. The edge/nose of granite stone to be rounded including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..
