Any other unseen item of work which are not covered in the above items of this BOQ that may be required at site during execution having an estimated provision of Rs.20,26,021.00(Including GST). The rates for such individual additional items of work shall be in percentage Above/ At Par/ Below the corresponding APWD SOR/ Market Rate Analysis etc. in proportion to the quoted lump sum rate of the bidder and the estimated provision. Note:- The amount against this item has been kept as a provision for any unforseen/ additional items of works which may araise during the execution of the work, and is considered as one single job. A Lump sum rate is to be quoted against the job constituting the unforseen additional items of works and shall not be less than 10% below. Bids not complying to this shall summarily be rejected.
