EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (0 - 2.00 m)

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement and trencles with FLLING M-SAND in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidatedcomplying with standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five M-sand and ten course aggregate) using 40mm size granite broken stones for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm Tk for flooring including, rendering the top surface rough to take floor finishetc and including side shuttering if required and compaction curing etc., complete and as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC oitems of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser)in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate , retard setting of concrete , improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kh of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of centering and shuttering and also including laying , vibratingwith mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc anf providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The course and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremenmts of IS standards.(No seperate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) Upto basement

Supplying fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel/ Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMT and all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500D etc, for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement wire)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced cement concrete works such as coloumn footings, coloumn pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staicase steps, sill slabs etc, which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 90cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding,laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, plain surface upto basement
