Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc.15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level).

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 12.5 mm aggregate laid on roof floor mixed with WPC finished even and smooth Note:WPC will be measured and paid sepatately.

M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole,300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors

At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling also in patches including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mmthick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tilesnot exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L joint free Non Skid ceramic plain coloured tiles (also in patches ) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down of chowkat or frame area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but nexc 4 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutters from frames)

M&L for providing and fixing of veneer door 30mm flush door with 4mm teak wood veneer on both sides with required teakwood beading on the edges alogwith required mortice handle lock with lock body with cylinder(one side knob and one side key,Make : door set) and 100mm SS hinges(Make : Hettich hinges)and Asian PU Palette spray polish matt finish all as directed by EIC.

M&L for providing of 75mm veneer door frame by using 19mm BWP grade marine plywood and finishing with teakwood veneer and ASIAN PU Palette spray polish matt finish all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry wall built in cement mortar

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete type C1 (1:3;6) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for rendering in CM 1 : 4 15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick(table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of Makrana white

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles(200x100mm) x 7mm thick, in vertical surfaces,skirting etc etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match
