Visual Inspection, photographic documentation and Condition Survey of the entire building (G+1with basement) including carrying out of Fumigation to drive out the insects, vermins ,snakes etc, removing small planta and bushes, cleaning of garbage and rubbish, erection of scaffolding for supporting the roof of ground floor where necessary, Scaffolding with platform for carrying out the tests on the first floor, a bamboo/steel staircase for access to the roof terrace and all other ancillary works related with the conditional survey. (Approx. plinth area = 1475.46 Sqm) etc. all complete as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Non-Destructive Testing of brick masonry using Rebound Hammer for estimation of surface hardness, Flat Jack Test, test for salt petter action etc. as per relevant IS codes as per and satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Sampling and lab analysis of lime surkhi mortar (minor invasive) to determine binder aggregate ratio, composition and strength as per relevant IS Codes IS -6932:1973 etc as per and satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Ultrasonic thickness measurement of RS joists (web and flange) for detection of section loss as compare with nominal section due to corrosion as per IS -15435 :2003 etc as per and satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Magnetic Particle Testing of RS joists for surface crack detection, mainly focus on ends & connections as per IS -3703 :2004 etc as per and satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Rate is inclusive of all labour , material ,taxes,carraige & all other incidental charges complete.

Portable hardness testing (Rockwell/Leeb) of RS joists to estimate tensile strength and convert to MPa using chart as per IS – 1586 : 2000 etc as per and satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Testing of old earthen roof tiles for checking their strength, durability, porosity and soundness by visual inspection, soundness test, water absorption test as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Submission of final report with recommendations duly signed by an enlisted Structural Engineer and empanelled Heritage Conservation Architect as per and satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
